“Humor is the only thing that can save us!”
Our world is absurd, remember that we are flying on a round piece of stone through an endless void. It then becomes easier to put our problems into perspective and put them into perspective.
And Alicja Kwade plays with perspective, she always puts you on the wrong track. The image changes again and again, playing with gravity or diving into a black hole.
Last Saturday morning I had the opportunity to experience the exhibition “The Nottitude of Things” during the “Silence on Socks Hour”. In silence, in socks, a museum visit becomes even more special, you are even more aware of space, time and perspective.
