It took me a while.
I think that there may be a difference between just "having kids" and actually being a father. For me, it was years after I had children when I finally allowed my heart to be turned towards my children. Since then, it's been a learning experience of how to properly parent. With seven little ones we definitely have a lot of incentive, so we take our parental responsibility very seriously. In this video, I share some of my story of becoming a father, and add in a few practical tips for parents. Enjoy!
