RE: Just Boxes and Broken Things

Powerful post. And so many ideas. We are for sure victims of compartmentalization. I think we cannot escape it, even if we convince ourselves that is a problem from the west of a modern era problem. But from the start, I would argue, people compartmentalized things, food-not food, safe-unsafe, etc.

But it is once we realize that we are doing this, that we can change things.

And like you said, it is about opening those boxes and not pushing them into the dark corners and trying to forget them.

And that is how we grow, and that is how you said you grew as well. Personal growth is the most important thing to help us open those boxes.
