Day 4 and according to the government the ones who weren't sick can leave the house in 10 days tie and the rest have to wait another two weeks.

We have hit the weekend now and really looking for any signs of improvement, but no such luck just yet. Headaches seem to be the main problem now with the normal vomiting. Breathing is more constant without so much labored breathing which I suppose is a relief. This is fairly scary knowing there is nothing that you can do but wait for the body to fight it off.

The Department of Health phoned yesterday to let us know how this is going to play out. The question was asked how long are we going to be in lock down/quarantine as we had heard two weeks. No it isn't two weeks but one four days which bought smiles all around.Pretty scary that they are handling how this works and have no idea that two weeks is in fact 14 days or one four days.

They checked the information of how many people live in the house against the names they have on record from the doctors rooms the other day. Phone numbers were read out making sure they have all our contact details. Luckily we are not forced into being tested and can sit this one out.

The next phase is obviously to get better and move past the danger zone which we are in currently. The two sick positive members of the family are not allowed to leave the house and will be issued with a certificate around day 28. That is apparently standard practice here as set out by the World Health Organisation.

I think that is a little overkill as if you are clear after one four days and feeling well and normal then why do you have to sit out another two weeks. A month being stuck inside your home is a little rude. The certificate will allow you to carry on your life normally even though there is nothing normal as we are all still in lock down since March.

The main thing is we are all still coping and the rest of us feel well with no symptoms. What would be a bummer right now is if one of us picks it up over the next week or so as that would just extend the quarantine period which would be no fun.

From what I have experienced with this so far is it is not as nasty as what we have been told, but I can also see if you have any ailing health issues it would take you out. Any weakness it will target as it searches for any weakness in your body to attack. If you have any such issues then do not be stupid and take this seriously and think of other family members who could be in trouble if they were unfortunate enough to catch this.

I was reading on twitter about idiots slandering others who haven't visited their parents and friends over this period. That is the responsible thing to do as the risk is real and wished people would wake up and just be serious for once.
