I have recently started a series of photography experiments where smoke is the protagonist. My task is to capture the pattern that smoke leaves in a beam of light.
Hence the need for the smoke itself and the beam of light. I get the smoke from Indian aroma sticks. They give smoke for quite a long time and it has an interesting shape.
The light is more complicated. Ordinary table lamps don't work here. Even the flash was a bit too little. Also, the light has to be narrowly focused.
I am still in the early stages of my experiments and these are just the first attempts.
