Sometimes things happen to you in life that you suddenly experience enlightenment. Something similar happened to me today.
I used to be grateful when I saw people who were in a worse situation than me. Or rather, I thought I was grateful. Today, for the first time, I realized in my actions that I am a person who does not give thanks.
From now on, I will realize my existing health and condition and embrace life with four flesh.
