Feliz noche amigos de esta hermosa comunidad de ***Plant Power (vegan)***, y de este maravilloso ecosistema de #Hive, espero hayan tenido un lindo fin de semana para empezar la semana llenos de buenas vibras, ayer no sabia que preparar para el día de hoy para la cena porque tenía pocas cosas en la nevera y tenia ganas de comer algo distinto. Vi unas arvejas amarillas y recorde que había visto una receta vegana de pan de arvejas que tenia pocos ingredientes y me decidí a hacerlo, a muchas personas a lo mejor no les parezca atractivo un pan echo de granos y les confieso que yo era una de las que pensaba que no sabía bien o no quedaba bien pero aún así me decidí a hacerlo y me lleve una muy grata sorpresa, es un pan muy rico, aquí les dejo los ingredientes y el paso a paso. >Happy evening friends of this beautiful community of ***Plant Power (vegan)***, and of this wonderful ecosystem of #Hive, I hope you had a nice weekend to start the week full of good vibes, yesterday I did not know what to prepare for today for dinner because I had few things in the fridge and I felt like eating something different. >I saw some yellow peas and remembered that I had seen a vegan pea bread recipe that had few ingredients and I decided to make it, many people may not find attractive a bread made of grains and I confess that I was one of those who thought it did not taste good or did not look good but still I decided to make it and I was very pleasantly surprised, it is a very tasty bread, here are the ingredients and the step by step. *** *** *** ###

***PROCEDIMIENTO/PROCEDURE***

*** *** *** Escogí bien las arvejas para eliminar impurezas, las lave bien y las eche en un envase con tapa le agrega un litro de agua, las tape y las meti en la nevera hasta el día siguiente. (las deje 15 horas en remojo). Las saque de la nevera, le bote el agua las lave bien, las escurrí. >I chose the peas well to eliminate impurities, washed them well and put them in a container with a lid, added a liter of water, covered them and put them in the refrigerator until the next day (I left them soaking for 15 hours). Así hice con el resto que me quedaba en dos partes para que se molieran bien las arvejas, a la última parte le eche 1/2 cucharadita de levadura, iba echando la mezcla en un envase y cuando las molí todas las mezcle bien con una cuchara. >I poured a part in a pica all with salt, turmeric and a little water, I turned on the pica all and I had it on turning it off from time to time so that the peas were well chopped and it was like a paste. Eche la mezcla en el horno y pasado los 10 minutos lo metí en el horno que ya estaba caliente. Estaba pendiente para que no se me fuera a quemar y a los 35 minutos le metí un cuchillo y salió seco. Apague el horno y saque el pan, despedía un rico olor, lo deje enfriar y lo desmolde. Lo pique en rodajas, quedo compacto, suave, con un lindo color y muy rico sabor. >When it was well mixed, adjust the flavor and set aside, grease a glass container with oil and preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
