RE: How to upload videos on Ecency.com

Hi @good-karma! I've been trying for the last two days to get a video up but it continually gets stuck in the encoding phase. I've tried multiple times... One is even stuck at 100% but it's been a day and it's still not ready to publish. I've tried six times uploading this video. Any leads on how I can get past this problem?
