Saludos linda comunidad, el día de hoy vengo a participar en el tag de autoestima propuesto por @gabrielazamora10 en el que nos deja una serie de preguntas para evaluar nuestra autoestima.

Greetings beautiful community, today I come to participate in the self-esteem tag proposed by @ gabrielazamora10 in which he leaves us a series of questions to evaluate our self-esteem.

La autoestima, para mí es aquella percepción que tenemos de nosotros mismos en general, el valor que nos damos.

Self-esteem, for me, is that perception we have of ourselves in general, the value we give ourselves.

1| ¿Te aceptas tal y como eres?

Aunque el proceso para llegar a esto fue difícil, ya que anteriormente no me gustaba para nada, tanto física como personalmente, ahora puedo decir que si, acepto todas mis "imperfecciones" y me amo tal cual soy, claro, eso no quiere decir que no tengo defectos que con trabajo se pueden eliminar para cada día ser una mejor persona.

1 | Do you accept yourself as you are?
Although the process to get to this was difficult, since before I did not like it at all, both physically and personally, now I can say yes, I accept all my "imperfections" and I love myself as I am, of course, that does not mean that do not have defects that with work can be eliminated so that every day you are a better person.

2| ¿Tienes confianza en ti mismo?

Siendo completamente honesta, soy una persona muy indecisa y a la que le cuesta tomar decisiones, ya que me idealizo muchas opciones y no confío en mi capacidad de elegir la correcta, sin embargo en aspectos específicos de mi vida, como lo es mi formación en el modelaje, si soy muy segura, y tengo confianza ya que siempre intento dar lo mejor de mi. Por lo anterior mencionando diría que depende de la situación.

2 | Do you have confidence in yourself?
Being completely honest, I am a very indecisive person who finds it difficult to make decisions, since I idealize many options and I do not trust my ability to choose the correct one, however in specific aspects of my life, such as my training in modeling. I am very confident and I am certain that I always try to do my best. From the above I would say that it depends on the situation.

3| ¿Te importan las opiniones que los demás tengan de ti?

Siendo totalmente honesta, todo es depende nuevamente, ya que nunca me llevaré llevar por la opinión de un extraño, o de una persona que no tiene base en lo que me dice, sin embargo prestare atención a todas aquellas opiniones y acotaciones que me ayuden a crecer como una mejor persona.

3 | Do you worry about the opinions that others have of you?
Being totally honest, it all depends again, since I will never get carried away by the opinion of a stranger, or a person who has no basis in what he tells me, however I will pay attention to all those opinions and observations that help me to grow as a better person.

4| ¿Mereces ser feliz?

Si, creo que todos merecemos alcanzar nuestro propio concepto de felicidad a corto, mediano y largo plazo.

4 | You deserve to be happy?
Yes, I believe that we all deserve to achieve our own concept of happiness in the short, medium and long term.

5| ¿Te expresas con facilidad?

Si, soy una persona muy extrovertida, me gusta mucho hablar; reprimir mis sentimientos, emociones y pensamientos definitivamente no va conmigo.

5 | Do you express yourself easily?
Yes, I am a very outgoing person, I really like to talk; Suppressing my feelings, emotions, and thoughts is definitely not for me.

6| ¿Te alejarías de relaciones toxicas?

Si, aunque si es una persona a la que le tenga mucho cariño sé que dolera, pero también sé que es necesario para conseguir mi propia paz y poco a poco el sentimiento de extrañar a esa persona desaparecerá.

6 | Would it keep you out of toxic relationships?
Yes, although if it is a person that I have a lot of affection for, I know it hurts, but I also know that it is necessary to achieve my own peace and little by little the feeling of missing that person will disappear.

7| ¿Tu opinión es importante?

Pienso que si, ya que podría aportar nuevas ideas o soluciones a cualquier situación que lo amerite, a su vez también podría compartir los conocimientos que tengo sobre un tema en especifico para una persona que lo necesite.

I think so, since I could contribute new ideas or solutions to any situation that warrants it, at the same time I could also share the knowledge I have on a specific topic for a person who needs it.

8| ¿Te perdonas por los errores del pasado?

Aún sigo trabajando en esto, pero tengo el pensamiento de que todo los errores nos ayudan a aprender y crecer.

8 | Do you forgive yourself for the mistakes of the past?
I'm still working on this, but I have the idea that all mistakes help us learn and grow.

9| ¿Puedes decir que NO?

Claro, cuando algo que ne piden ni está a mi alcance o cuando me ofrecen algo que podría dañarme a futuro, sé que lo correcto es negarme.

9 | Can you say NO?
Of course, when something they ask is not within my reach or when they offer me something that could harm me in the future, I know that the right thing to do is to refuse.

10| ¿Aceptas las criticas?

Nunca aceptaría las críticas de una persona sin fundamentos o conocimientos de lo que está diciendo, por otro lado, siendo una persona que realmente sabe a que se refiere, que esté dispuesta a ayudar, ahí si aceptaré cualquier crítica constructiva que me ayude a mejorar en cada aspecto de mi vida.

10 | Do you accept criticism?
I would never accept criticism from a person without foundation or knowledge of what he is saying, on the other hand, being a person who really knows what he is referring to, who is willing to help, then I will accept any constructive criticism that helps me improve in all aspects of my life.
