Cuando llego a sentir molestia por algún motivo tiendo a cerrarme porque no quiero lastimar a alguien por mi estado y eso es empeorar las cosas, ya que, por el enojo uno podría ofender a otro o lastimarlo.
El ser humano es imperfecto y tendemos a pagar nuestro enojo con el que no tuvo la culpa.
When I feel upset for any reason I tend to close down because I don't want to hurt someone because of my condition and that is to make things worse, since, because of anger, one could offend another or hurt him.
