Saludos a toda la comunidad de @ladiesofhive. Para mí es un gran placer escribir este post para el concurso #63, ya que es la primera vez que escribo para esta comunidad, después de mi post de presentación. Dicho esto, procederé a contestar las interrogantes del concurso:

¿Cuáles son los objetivos que deseas alcanzar en 2022?
El año 2022 representa para mí un gran reto y un mundo de posibilidades a la vez, porque el 2021 cerró con una decisión crucial en mi vida: renunciar a un trabajo al que amaba por la labor que desempeñaba como docente en un colegio privado, pero en el que solo recibía humillaciones y menosprecio de sus autoridades, al punto de desmejorar mi salario sin tan siquiera consultármelo.
No fue una decisión fácil, pero dije basta, porque considero que soy una persona muy valiosa, una excelente persona que se esfuerza día a día por dar lo mejor de sí en todo lo que hace. Tengo años de preparación y experiencia, y sé que si emprendo en solitario podré hacer grandes cosas.
Por eso, la principal meta que tengo para este año 2022, es trabajar en modo online, seguir aportando mi conocimiento y experiencia en beneficio de mi comunidad en Telegram, fortalecer mi labor como creadora de contenido en Hive e incursionar en el mundo de las capacitaciones virtuales.
Para lograr estas metas me toca trabajar con esmero para adquirir algunos equipos tecnológicos como un computador, micrófono y cámara de buena resolución, ésta sería mi segunda meta, pero que va de la mano con la primera.
Por supuesto, tengo muchas metas personales. Como madre deseo fortalecer mi relación con mi niña de 8 años. Como mujer, quiero mejorar mi aspecto personal, me gustaría ponerme en forma, ya que he ganado alrededor de 5 Kg. de peso (talvez más) durante la cuarentena. Por supuesto, comer sano y balanceado es otro reto que tengo frente a mí y que quiero alcanzar.
Escribir mis principales metas en este post me ayuda mucho porque de alguna manera puedo ser específica y fijar la idea en mi cerebro, donde todo ser humano debe librar las más rudas batallas para no autosabotearse. Vayamos a la siguiente interrogante…

¿Cambiarías 10 años de vida por riqueza y fama?
Definitivamente NO. Por nada cambiaría lo que tengo solamente por la fama, que es efímera. Prefiero esforzarme por lo que quiero, trabajar inteligentemente para obtener las cosas que necesito, tanto yo como mi hija. ¿De qué me serviría la riqueza y la fama si no tengo a los que amo o si pierdo 10 años de mi vida? La riqueza y la fama se pueden perder fácilmente, pero 10 años de vida bien vividos junto a los que amas, cumpliendo mi propósito en la vida, valen muchísimo más.
Por otra parte, hay una fama que para mí es más duradera: la que tengas con tus hijos y seres queridos. Adicionalmente, como soy docente, la fama que tenga entre mis estudiantes también es importante para mí. Saber que con mis palabras y mi ejemplo puedo dañar o beneficiar a mis estudiantes, es algo que reviste mayor importancia. Quiero que mis familiares, amigos y estudiantes me recuerden como un ser humano que contribuyó a que sus vidas fueran mejores. Esa es la fama que deseo, y me quedo con ella.
En cuanto a la riqueza, no digo que el dinero no sea importante ¡Claro que lo es!, nos ayuda a suplir muchas necesidades. Pero no me quita la cabeza tener dinero en abundancia. Estoy convencida que, mientras haga mi trabajo honradamente y con calidad, lo demás vendrá por añadidura.
Finalmente, antes de despedirme, no puedo pasar por alto esta oportunidad para invitar a una mujer estupenda que, estoy segura que puede aportar muchísimo a este concurso #63 y también a la comunidad @ladiesofhive. Ella es psicólogo y escritora Jeymi Febles - @jeyli, sus consejos y reflexiones han aportado mucho a mi crecimiento como ser humano, a pesar del poco tiempo que llevo conociendo y disfrutando de su trabajo.

What are the goals you want to achieve in 2022?
The year 2022 for me represents a great challenge and a world of possibilities at the same time, because the 2021 closed with a crucial decision in my life: to give up a job I loved for the work that was serving as a teacher in a private school, but I only got humiliations and contempt of its authority, to the point of diminishing my salary without even consulting him.
It was not an easy decision, but I said enough, because I consider that I am a very valuable person, an excellent person who strives every day to give his best in everything he does. I have years of preparation and experience, and I know that if I start alone I can do great things.
Therefore, the main goal I have for this year 2022, is to work online, continue contributing my knowledge and experience for the benefit of my community in Telegram, strengthen my work as a content creator in Hive and venture into the world of virtual training.
To achieve these goals I have to work carefully to acquire some technological equipment such as a computer, microphone and camera of good resolution, this would be my second goal, but that goes hand in hand with the first.
Of course, I have many personal goals. As a mother I want to strengthen my relationship with my 8-year-old girl. As a woman, I want to improve my personal appearance, I would like to get in shape, since I have gained about 5 Kg. of weight (maybe more) during the quarantine. Of course, eating healthy and balanced is another challenge that I have in front of me and that I want to achieve.

Would you trade 10 years of life for wealth and fame?
Definitely NOT. For nothing I would change what I have only for fame, which is ephemeral. I prefer to strive for what I want, work intelligently to get the things I need, both me and my daughter. What good would wealth and fame do me if I don't have the ones I love or if I lose 10 years of my life? Wealth and fame can easily be lost, but 10 years of life well lived together with those you love, fulfilling my purpose in life, are worth a lot more.
On the other hand, there is a fame that for me is more lasting: that you have with your children and loved ones. Additionally, as a teacher, the fame I have among my students is also important to me. Knowing that with my words and my example I can harm or benefit my students, is something of greater importance. I want my family, friends and students to remember me as a human being who helped make their lives better. That's the fame I want, and I keep it.
As for wealth, I am not saying that money is not important, of course it is!, helps us meet many needs. But it does not take my mind to have money in abundance. I am convinced that as long as I do my work honestly and with quality, the rest will come in addition.
Finally, before saying goodbye, I can not overlook this opportunity to invite a great woman who, I am sure that she can contribute a lot to this contest #63 and also to the community @ladiesofhive.
