Ladies Of Hive Contest #180: My Love For Nature (Plants And Flowers)🌱πŸͺ΄πŸ’.

Hello beauties of Hive and women of empowerment. Hope to find you all healthy and thriving. And happy joining in this weeks topic to share my opinion in the interesting and loving questions our dear @kerrislravenhill brought to us. Thank you so much beautiful for taken us back to Nature and Thrift Shop.

With the two questions in place I will like to write and give my opinion on the no 1️⃣ question which says:

1️⃣ I have recently renewed an old interest in hobby gardening πŸ‘©β€πŸŒΎ in growing flowers πŸ’, fruit 🍎 and vegetable πŸ₯¦ outside my home.
I may not save much out of my food expenses, but this is more for personal satisfaction as well as relearning old skills. Do you have a garden? Or wish you had one? What would you like to grow in your own little paradise?

For me nature is everything. From its beautiful trees 🌳 and plants 🌱 to the glorious flowers 🌺 that gives our environ a touch of peace of heart β™₯️ we feel once we have connections to them. And thinking πŸ€” about it, what would we have done without nature? Everything that keeps us alive is from nature.

Gardening is very essential if we have the opportunity of obtaining a space to plant and grow our desired fruits and vegetables especially those vegetables and fruits that can help us with quick meals and save us the energy of going groceries at all time. And gardening πŸ‘©β€πŸŒΎ in other ways a means whereby we keep active through the activities that are involved in planting and nurturing . And to some , a hobby due to the love they have for gardening.

I would have love to have a garden πŸͺ΄ to grow vegetables like carrots πŸ₯•, cucumber πŸ₯’, pumpkin leaves πŸƒ, bell pepper πŸ«‘, cent leave, curry πŸ›, cabbage πŸ₯¬, and some other roots vegetables πŸ₯”πŸ  πŸ§…. I would also have loved to manage a plantain orchard, banana 🍌 apple 🍎, cherry tomatoes πŸ… and pineapple 🍍. But living in the city has its own disadvantages especially where lands are limited and expensive.

I developed love for nature especially vegetables and flowers πŸ’ while growing up because then I was living with my parents and we have enough space to plant and grow some vegetables. The different colors of flowers 🌺 which we usually enjoy mostly during Spring and Christmas πŸŽ„ were around the building frontage. We usually fix lights on the trees and flowers. And when I went to college, I continued planting flowers around the hostel corners making sure to water and nurture them every morning before class. The vegetables my mother has then was very beneficial since most meals are cooked with them. We usually don’t need to buy vegetables and fruits like pumpkin leaves, melon πŸ‰, cassava flakes, cocoa yam 🍠, then banana 🍌, papaya and others become she gets all this from her garden. Saving money and time.

Currently due to space and tailed environments, I just managed to grow my Aero Vera that I used for maintaining my hair growth. This Aero Vera here above is about one (1) year now. I kept it in a plastic and nurture it with just constant water πŸ’¦. When I went to use it for treatment, I will cut from the oldest branch underneath and take it with me to the salon πŸ’‡β€β™‚οΈfor applying after washing my hair. Little ones are already coming up that am going to replant.

However, despite not having a garden yet, I make sure to always connect with nature when I take out time to go relaxing at the park. And making sure the dinning table is always with a flower 🌻, because I connect so much with warm colors which makes me happy. I hope to have a garden πŸͺ΄ someday once the opportunity of having a space comes by plant 🌱 all the beautiful vegetables πŸ₯— and flowers 🌸 that I will wake up to nurture everyday.

Thank you ladies for coming around. Lots of love πŸ’•.
