Hi Hive friends ☺ Hive Ladies topics this week are very interesting and I decided to join.I am going to teach you Bulgarian recipes because all my childhood I spend in Bulgaria.All the recipes I am going to teach you I will leave link if you want to make them or if you are curious how they are made.And the first topic is:
What were your favorite foods when you were a child, do you still enjoy them now?
1.Spanachnik
Spanachnik is very typical from my country, it is made with puff pastry, eggs, feta cheese and it is a very good breakfast, at home my mother used to make it very often.

2.Bread

3.*Cake with plum jam
This cake is my favorite from my childhood ☺ I remember when we didn't have money my mother used to make it.Because it is very easy to prepare and very tasty* ☺

4.Mekici with feta cheese
Almost every weekend there was always this breakfast.it is very typical from Bulgaria and if you go there one day you have to try it.you can make it with feta cheese or not filled with anything and you can add powdered sugar, honey, all kind of jam or something salty.it all depends how you like it.sometimes even if it is filled with feta cheese I put powdered sugar or jam on top.I really like the sweet and salty combination 😂👌

5.Banichki
Another typical Bulgarian breakfast.If we didn't make it at home we bought it in the store near my house.I remember that in school we also ate it a lot and they were very cheap.It is also made with puff pastry dough, feta cheese, eggs,yogurt.

6.Macaroni with feta cheese
Another favorite breakfast, we used to make them with feta cheese and sometimes when we had some we put ketchup and mayonnaise and they came out very tasty. You can also put just sugar and they were sweet.

7.Slices of bread with minced meat.
A very tasty breakfast, for you it is probably strange, but if you try it you will see how tasty it is, when you put the butter first and then the meat and 5 minutes in the oven. They come out wonderful.

I remember everything with a lot of nostalgia especially when I make them now.I miss those times when everything was very different, yes we were poor, but happy and we lived quietly, not like now.I love our kitchen for me is the best. Hola amigos de Hive ☺ Las temas de las Damas de Hive esta semana son muy interesantes y decidí unirme.Voy a enseñados recetas búlgaras porque toda mi infancia la pace en Bulgaria.Todos las recetas que os voy a enseñas os dejaré link si las queréis hacer o si tenéis curiosidad como se hacen.Y la primera tema es:
¿Cuáles eran sus comidas favoritas cuando era niño? ¿Sigue disfrutando de ellos ahora?
1.Spanachnik
Spanachnik es muy tipico de mi pais se hace con masa de hojaldre, huevos, queso feta y es buenismo desayuno.En casa mi madre lo hacía muy a menudo.

2.Pan
Ese pan también lo hacíamos mucho sobre todo cuando teníamos invitados o par fiestas.Es fácil para preparar y muy rico.Lo hacemos también para Navidad y metemos una moneda a ver quién la encuentre y tendrá dinero todo el año.

3.Pastel con mermelada de ciruela
Este pastel es mi favorito de mi infancia ☺ Recuerdo que cuando no teníamos dinero mi madre lo hacía.Porque es muy fácil de preparar y muy rico ☺

4.Mekici con queso feta
Casi cada finde semana siempre había este desayuno.Es muy típico de Bulgaria y si algún día vais lo tenéis que probar.Se puede hacer con queso feta o no se rellena con nada y le ponéis hechar azúcar glas, miel, todo tipo de mermelada o algo salado.Todo depende como os gusta.Yo aveces aunque esté relleno de queso feta por ensima le pongo azúcar glas o mermelada.Me gusta mucho la combinación dulce con salado 😂👌

5.Banichki
Otro desayuno típico de Bulgaria.Si no lo hacíamos en casa compramos en la tienda cerca de mi casa.Recuedo que en la escuela también comíamos mucho y eran muy baratos.También se hace con masa de hojaldre, queso feta, huevos,yogurt.

6.Macarones con queso feta
Otro desayuno favorito.Los hacíamos con queso feta y a veces cuanto teníamos poníamos ketchup y mayonesa y salían muy ricos. También se puede poner solo azúcar y así estaban dulces.

7.Rodajas de pan con carne picada
Un desayuno muy rico.Para vosotros seguramente es raro, pero si lo probais ya vereis que rico es.Cuando ponéis la mantequilla primero y después la carne y 5 minutos en el horno. Salen una maravilla.

Recuerdo todo con mucha nostalgia sobre todo cuando los hago ahora.Hecho de menos esos tiempos cuando todo era muy diferente, si éramos pobres,pero felices y viviamos tranquilos,no como ahora.Me encanta nuestra cocina para mi es la mejor. Seguramente cada uno va a decir lo mismo para la suya y es normal, porque en las fotos que veis es mi infancia y muchos recuerdos.Espero que os ha gustado mi post y si hacéis algunas de mis recetas me gustaría que me dirais si os gustan ☺ Hasta pronto y quiero invitar a @projectmamabg que participe ☺
