My staff and I had to go the Sacramento and after a successful meeting, we took the opportunity to eat Churrasco or Brazilian barbecue at Fogo de Minas.
Churrasco grills in Brazilian steakhouses are a tradition. They use large skewers over a fire. Meats that are considered fattier are always placed on top of the Churrasco grill so that the other cuts of meat are flavor by the drippings.
The waiters bring the skewers to tables once the meats are cooked. Then the waiters carve off large pieces onto guest plates.
A full salad bar of selected vegetables...
Nothing else quite like the perfectly grilled meat!
