Un nuevo reto desde la comunidad de las damas de hive, les comparto el post del reto: Ladies of Hive Community Contest #105.

¿Tienes un principio guía personal (o un mantra) por el cual vives? Si lo hace, ¿qué es y cómo está afectando su vida hasta ahora?
Desde que vi la frase escrita en un libro, la frase salto en cada una de mis células. Simplemente era mi forma de ser natural, ser amable con otras personas. Pero que es la amabilidad es un hecho que ayuda a las personas a interactuar de la mejor manera, esto genera respuestas positivas a nuestro alrededor.
La amabilidad la consideramos entre las personas amistosas, consideradas y muy confiables.
Yo estoy convencida que la amabilidad abre puertas. Es una característica propia y se la he inculcado a mis hijos con el ejemplo. Les digo que es más fácil atrapar moscas con azúcar que gritando.
La amabilidad es un rasgo que apreciamos mucho en las demás personas.
Es agradable que nos traten con respeto, con cariño y con bondad, eso nos hace sentirnos muy apreciados.
Ser atentidos por ejemplo en mi trabajo con amabilidad siempre logra que el cliente regrese por el buen trato.
Muchas veces he conseguido mejores resultados cuando trabajaba en educación especial, una necesidad ser amable pero firme para conseguir que los padres de niños especiales mantengan la calma y logren enseñarles diferentes aprendizajes.
La amabilidad y la paciencia van de la mano, muy unidas para demostrar que si se pueden lograr aprendizajes, repetidos una y otra vez.
Si Hive fuera un plato (comida), ¿cuál sería y por qué lo dices?
Esta pregunta es muy divertida, lo primero que pense es en un plato de pasta, a casí todo el mundo le gusta la pasta. El detalle esta en las diferentes combinaciones que les puedes colocar.
Creo que dire que es una gran torta, Hive es una deliciosa torta y todos quieren su pedazo, pero nadie quiere fregar los platos.

Do you have a personal guiding principle (or a mantra) by which you live? If you do, what is it and how is it impacting your life so far?
Since I saw the phrase written in a book, the phrase jumped into each of my cells. It was just my natural way of being nice to other people. But what is kindness is a fact that helps people to interact in the best way, this generates positive responses around us.
Kindness is considered among people who are friendly, considerate and very trustworthy.
I am convinced that kindness opens doors. It is a characteristic of my own and I have instilled it in my children by example. I tell them it's easier to catch flies with sugar than by screaming.
Kindness is a trait that we greatly appreciate in other people.
It is nice that they treat us with respect, with affection and with kindness, that makes us feel very appreciated.
Being treated, for example, in my work with kindness, always makes the client return for the good treatment.
Many times I have achieved better results when working in special education, a need to be kind but firm to get parents of special children to remain calm and manage to teach them different learning.
Kindness and patience go hand in hand, closely linked to show that learning can be achieved, repeated over and over again.
If Hive were a dish (food), what would it be and why do you say so?
This question is very funny, the first thing I thought of was a pasta dish, almost everyone likes pasta. The detail is in the different combinations that you can place them.
I guess I'll say it's a great cake, Hive is a delicious cake and everyone wants their piece, but no one wants to do the dishes.
