Saludos a esta hermosa comunidad de mujeres Ladies of Hive, que siempre nos invita a reflexionar sobre la vida, con sus preguntas. Me encanta en esta oportunidad participar en la de esta semana: Contest #118
1️⃣ Si pudieras vivir en cualquier parte del mundo, ¿dónde vivirías y por qué?
Si hubiera contestado a esta pregunta unos años atrás , mi respuesta hubiera sido un poco diferente. Considero que he cambiado en mis necesidades como persona. He compartido con una familia maravillosa, con mis hijos a los que adoro, pero cada uno de ellos ha tomado su camino y debido a las circunstancias de país, algunos han emigrado en la búsqueda de otras oportunidades y yo estoy acá en la encrucijada de muchos caminos.
Me gustaría vivir en un lugar en donde el sol sale cada mañana acompañado de la brisa fresca en un cielo azulito, donde solo se observe el vuelo de las aves. Pero también en un lugar donde las nubes lo vayan cubriendo y una llovizna fría o un aguacero con mucho viento, que mueva las ramas de los árboles y moje el suelo creando riachuelos de agua, dejando en el ambiente un olor a tierra mojada.
Y en ese despertar de cada mañana escuchar el canto de los pájaros, mientras me asomo a la ventana y agradezco a Dios por todo lo bueno que me pasa.
Quiero vivir en ese lugar donde pueda prepararme un cafecito cerrero como decimos acá en el llano y tomarlo a sorbos mientras hago el desayuno y contemplar las montañas o el mar, un lugar lleno de vegetación, de árboles frondosos donde la vida tiene su nicho.
Quiero vivir en un lugar donde se respete la vida, donde cada persona pueda expresar su espiritualidad en equilibrio con la naturaleza. Donde los niños sean felices y se sientan seguros y cuidados por la familia. Donde la alegría se expresa a través de los juegos, de la música, de las artes, del trabajo creador.
Me gustaría que en ese lugar donde quiero vivir pueda reunirme con mis seres queridos una tarde cualquiera y compartamos una comida sabrosa mientras conversamos y cantamos o vemos una película. Un lugar tranquilo donde mis hijos y mis nietos, que aún no han nacido pero que espero conocer puedan visitarme y disfrutar del amor, ese que nos hace felices.
Que en ese lugar donde quiero vivir, pueda cultivar mis alimentos y que gatos, perros y otros animales sean mis compañeros de la vida que me queda por vivir, del camino que aun me falta por recorrer. Que las flores atraigan con su belleza y su aroma a pájaros , abejas, abejorros y cualquier otro insecto. Que en las noches se escuche el canto de los grillos y en la mañana el de los sapos y ranas.
Quiero vivir en un lugar donde pueda subir una montaña, caminar por un bosque o bañarme en las aguas cálidas y azules de un mar maravilloso. Ese lugar existe en mi memoria y en mi país Venezuela y es allí donde quiero continuar viviendo.

1️⃣ If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live and why?
If I had answered this question a few years ago, my answer would have been a little different. I consider that I have changed in my needs as a person. I have shared with a wonderful family, with my children whom I adore, but each one of them has taken their own path and due to the circumstances of the country, some have emigrated in search of other opportunities and I am here at the crossroads of many paths.
I would like to live in a place where the sun rises every morning accompanied by a fresh breeze in a blue sky, where only the flight of birds can be observed. But also in a place where the clouds are covering it and a cold drizzle or a downpour with a lot of wind moves the branches of the trees and wet the ground creating streams of water, leaving a smell of wet earth in the air.
And in that awakening every morning to hear the birds singing, while I look out the window and thank God for all the good things that happen to me.
I want to live in a place where I can prepare a little coffee as we say here in the plains and sip it while I make breakfast and contemplate the mountains or the sea, a place full of vegetation, of leafy trees where life has its niche.
I want to live in a place where life is respected, where each person can express their spirituality in balance with nature. Where children are happy and feel safe and cared for by the family. Where joy is expressed through games, music, arts and creative work.
I would like the place where I want to live to be able to gather with my loved ones on any given afternoon and share a tasty meal while we talk and sing or watch a movie. A quiet place where my children and grandchildren, who have not yet been born but whom I hope to meet, can visit me and enjoy love, that which makes us happy.
That in that place where I want to live, I can grow my food and that cats, dogs and other animals will be my companions in the life I have left to live, in the road I still have to travel. May the flowers attract birds, bees, bumblebees and any other insect with their beauty and aroma. May the crickets sing at night and the frogs and toads sing in the morning.
I want to live in a place where I can climb a mountain, walk through a forest or bathe in the warm blue waters of a wonderful sea. That place exists in my memory and in my country Venezuela and that is where I want to continue living.
