Mis buenos deseos para todas las damas de está comunidad, que nos ayuda a crecer y a empoderarnos, el tema a tratar es uno por lo que hemos luchado mucho y aunque se han alcanzado resultados, aún nos falta gran trecho por recorrer.
Con la anuencia de todas ustedes hoy quiero referirme a la discriminación económica de la Mujer,tristemente en muchos paises este sigue siendo un serio problema que se manifiesta de diversas formas , las más conocidas son :
◇La difereciacion de salarios, por igual trabajo las mujeres obtienen menor remuneración que los hombres, no todos los gobiernos han dictado resoluciones para la regulación de esta situación, esta diferencia ocurre en todos los sectores de la economía, podemos poner ejemplo el deporte las mujeres ganan menos que los hombres,incluso cuando han ofrecido mejores espectaculos y mejores resultados, eso lo podemos apreciar en el tenis , voleibol, la música etc.
◇Limitaciones para acceder al empleo
Esto ocurre abiertamente cuando a las mujeres se les niega la posibilidad de trabajar en determinados empleos, pues no se le concidera apta, como manejar determinada maquinaria o un transporte público, en otros casos por no tener la preparación adecuada ya que tienen menor posibilidad de preparacion, por diferentes razones que van desde que se les da prioridad a los hombres y el acceso a la preparación en determinadas áreas del saber, hasta que las mujeres tienen menos tiempo disponible por recaer sobre ellas toda la responsabilidad del hogar, por la persistencia de estereotipos de género .
◇Limitacion de créditos y financiamiento para iniciar o expandir sus negocios, lo que limita sus oportunidades económicas.
Estas son algunas de las formas en que se manifiesta la discriminación económica hacia las mujeres hoy en día.
En cuba el gobierno ha dictado un conjunto de leyes a favor de la mujer, esta prohibido legalmente cualquier forma de discriminación, la mujer tiene igualdad de salario por el mismo trabajo, igualdad para optar por diferentes puestos, se garantiza la licencia de maternidad e incluso la familia puede decidir quien va a gozar de ese privilegio segun sus intereses.
Sin embargo las administraciones de forma solapada dan preferencia a los hombres para ocupar las plazas, dirigir, o capacitarse porque la sociedad aún esta regida por patrones machistas y la mujer a pesar de todas las legislaciones que la amparan sigue llevando el cuidado de los hijos, padres,suegros y en general de la casa.
Es por eso que debemos seguir insistiendo en la educación de las nuevas generaciones y en la tomade conciencia de las actuales.
Es responsabilidad del gobierno, la escuela y todos lis factores de la sociedad, incluyendo a las propias feminas que no delegan responsabilidades bajo el falso mito de que como ellas nadie puede hacerlo, sin reconocer que todo va en la practica, a hacer se aprende haciendo.
