Es cierto no todos los días pueden ser bonitos, los problemas siempre van a existir pero debemos saber lidiar con ellos y aprender de cada experiencia.
It is true that not every day can be beautiful, problems will always exist, but we must know how to deal with them and learn from each experience.
Muchas veces nos frustramos al no poder conseguir algo que queremos, pero yo he aprendido en esta vida que todo pasa por algo.
Many times we get frustrated when we can't get something we want, but I have learned in this life that everything happens for a reason.
Todo es pasajero, lo que acostumbro hacer cuando siento que el mundo se me viene encima literalmente es cocinar, esto me relaja sin duda.
Everything is temporary, what I usually do when I feel that the world is literally coming down on me is to cook, this relaxes me without a doubt.
Me gusta inventar recetas nuevas y esto me aparta de los problemas, la vida es so una y debemos disfrutarla, todo pasa por una razón.
I like to invent new recipes and this takes me away from the problems, life is only one and we must enjoy it, everything happens for a reason.
Ahorita considero que llevo una vida relajada muchas personas aveces me dicen que no me importa nada pero no es así pero sino que trato que no me afecte lo negativo.
Now I consider that I lead a relaxed life. Many people sometimes tell me that I don't care about anything but I try not to be affected by the negative.
Siempre debemos de buscar resolver nuestros inconvenientes y no dejar que esto cambie nuestro ánimo.
