Ladies of Hive contest - A pet story

A long time ago when I was younger - something like I've been 12 yo. I had the chance to meet the most amazing animal EVER.

The short story ... we(my parents) bought their first home and for the first time they would provide to their children own house. So in the back days, they didn't have lots of money so they bought a very old house, which needed a big remodeling plan to be possible to live there. In a couple of months of DIY, my dad started to know what and how some remodeling jobs can be made. He is an electrician so the cables and the electricity were the easy part. But the building was something new to him. No matter, with the help of some of his colleagues he built a new room which had to be the kitchen .. OK Enough for this house...

Once we were at my grandma's home, she had to go to the shop for something and she left us my sister and me alone .. for half an hour. Everything was fun, it was summer ... we played in the backyard when we heard a neighbor woman shouting something like "Get out of there, what are you doing there. Get Out, Get out". We were interested in why this woman shouts at a car... then she told us that there is a baby dog there. Her dog has babies (around 2 months) and this little one is the bad one who doesn't want to listen to her. We pulled out the dog and hugged it. It was such a happy little white ball of fur. She asked us "Do you want it" .. guess what was the answer when you ask 12 and 9 yo kids "YEEESSSS". So we picked the dog and we took it to the house.

The woman told us what was the name of the dog but in the first 5 minutes we forgot it and .. we named it again - with the name of Linda. Comming in the house this was a new place for her and
she began to sniff the room - you gonna say nothing suspicious right? Well, NO.

This little fellow started barking and running like а flash. You must understand this little girl was like a torpedo, running and barking at the same time. We got afraid that we took a crazy dog and we jumped on the table and started to shout!

Around 5-10 minutes my grandma came and stopped the dog from running. Linda was so happy that she has a family. We talked with my parents and they agreed to take her as a guardian of the new house see I'm not telling a dog to secure the place I said guardian, she was so little how she can do anything
you may say.

Well in the time we understood that this is a crying Bolognese breed dog.

History of Weeping Bolonka
The Weeping Bolognese originated in Italy, more specifically in the city of Bologna, to which it owes its name. The Weeping Italian Bolonca is called this because of the fact that it often has a discharge from its eyes that looks like real tears.

Every time when we play with her, pet her, or at least you say something like "Hey Linda what are you doing" made her happy and she started to run around the yard.

She lived with us for around 10 years. This was one amazing time for all of us! Lots of years later we didn't want to take another dog because the pain of the loss was enormous!

Sadly when she was with us we didn't have any photo camera to take a picture with her just to remember her. But we saved 2-3 pictures with her kids - 2 sweet boys who were with the same energy as her!

I provoke @disi to participate in the contest.
