Hola hola Chicas hoy me uno a esta iniciativa, de la semana. Ya que me pareció chevere contarles lo que hago durante el dia, asi que sin dar tantos rodeos, aqui voy jeje

Lo primero que hago es levantarme y levantar a mi gordito (esto es de lunes a viernes claro) para preparar todo y que se vaya al colegio, nos levantamos y casi siempre la bebe queda dormida en la cama, asi que nos vamos sin tenderla😋 nos lavamos la cara y yo me pongo a preparar el desayuno para su colegio, mientras el se queda tratando de despertarse completamente 😂😂 algunos dias el desayuno se lo hago desde la noche 🕘 anterior, aprovecho la cena y preparo adicional para que le quede su desayuno listo, solo de yo calentarlo. Hoy fue uno de esos dias, anoche cenaron empanadas y yo hice las de hoy de una vez, asi dormí 15minutos mas jeje
The first thing I do is get up and wake up my chubby (this is from Monday to Friday of course) to get everything ready for school, we get up and almost always the baby falls asleep in bed, so we leave without laying her out😋 we wash our faces and I start preparing breakfast for her school, while he stays trying to wake up completely 😂😂 some days I make breakfast for him from the night before, I take advantage of the dinner and prepare extra so that his breakfast is ready, just by heating it up. Today was one of those days, last night they had empanadas for dinner and I made today's at once, so I slept 15 minutes more hehe.
Luego su papi lo baña, lo vestimos y el lo lleva al colegio, aqui me cambio yo, me tomo mi primer medio litro de agua y me pongo a leer un rato, unos 15 o 20 minutos, para luego hacer mi rutina de ejercicios, hacerlos a esa hora es lo maximo porque la niña aun duerme, el niño esta en su colegio y yo salgo de eso rapido y me rinde mucho mas el dia!! Luego me baño, comienzo mi rutina de trabajo (reviso las redes sociales tambien😂😂) al final trabajo en casa, y por las redes sociales asi que es inevitable.

Then I take a bath, start my work routine (I check the social networks too😂😂) at the end I work at home, and by the social networks so it's inevitable.
Se despierta la niña, le doy su tetica y luego la baño, juego un rato con ella😊😊 y en un abrir y cerrar de ojos ya son las 11am, hora de ir por el peque a su colegio, ultimamente voy yo! A veces los 2 o los 3😂😂 dependiendo de como ande el dia! Lo busco, lo cambio de ropa y ahi si me voy a la cocina pues la meta las ultimas semanas es que logremos almorzar a las 12pm, ya que comenzamos a hacer ayunos por sus multiples beneficios y a esa hora toca romperlo, a veces lo logro, a veces se me va la hora y comemos un poco mas tarde, pero la meta ed esa, 12pm jaja por eso a las 11, 11:20am ya me voy a la cocina!!

I look for him, change his clothes and then I go to the kitchen because the goal the last few weeks is to have lunch at 12pm since we started fasting for its multiple benefits and at that time we have to break it, sometimes I make it, sometimes I miss the time and we eat a little later, but the goal is 12pm haha so at 11, 11:20am I go to the kitchen!

Hago el almuerzo y tambien depende de lo que toque, a veces solo hago arroz y caliento carne o pollo guisado que tenga guardado, suelo cocinar la proteina en abundancia para solo calentar el resto de la semana, asi me rinde mas el tiempo! Hoy por ejemplo fue muy rapido porque comimos pasta 🍝 de calabacin con carne molida y queso, asi que solo picar el calabacin y cocinarlo un poco me llevo unos minutos, calente la carne y listo. A comerrr😋 en todo este rato que yo estoy en la cocina papá cuida a los niños, a veces me toca volar al cuarto a dar un poquito de tetica, pero eso no es siempre!! Eso si, a la hora de almorzar Ema como que ya quiere comer como nosotros jajaja porque empieza la lloradera😩 casi siempre como con su llanto de fondo jeje o pegada a mi tetica
I make lunch and it also depends on what I have, sometimes I just make rice and heat up some meat or chicken stew that I have saved, I usually cook the protein in abundance to just heat up the rest of the week, that way I have more time! Today for example was very fast because we had pasta 🍝 zucchini pasta with ground beef and cheese, so just chopping the zucchini and cooking it a little bit took me a few minutes, heat the meat and that's it. A comerrr😋 in all this time that I'm in the kitchen dad takes care of the kids, sometimes I have to fly to the room to give a little tetica, but that's not always!!! But at lunch time Ema wants to eat like us hahaha because she starts crying😩 I almost always eat with her crying in the background hehe or glued to my tetica.
Despues de almorzar solemos hacer una pequeña siesta, a la que Chris (mi hijo) siempre se resiste pero basta con poner la cabeza en la almohada y liso, cae profundo jaja Ema si tarda un poco mas, pero tambien ya tiene el habito de dormir al mediodia!
After lunch we usually take a little nap, which Chris (my son) always resists but just put his head on the pillow and he falls deep haha Ema if it takes a little longer, but she also already has the habit of sleeping at noon!
Nos levantamos 1 hora mas tarde y aca seguimos con la jornada de trabajo, Chris juega con su tablet, Ema toma tetica y luego se queda quieta en su columpio, entre trabajar y mirar lo que nos enseña Chris en su tablet se nos va la tarde, dando teta, trabajando, escuchando las cosas que dice Chris jeje en fin! Llega la noche, casi siempre Ema se duerme tipo 7pm, asi que yo aprovecho y salgo a hacer la cena mientras mi esposo se baña junto al niño, comemos y seguimos el trabajo dar teta😂😂 y compartir con Chris. Ultimamente jugamos cartas antes de dormir, a el le encanta y si vieran como solo con 4 años juega buenisimo jaja
We wake up 1 hour later and here we continue with the work day, Chris plays with his tablet, Ema takes tetica and then stays still in her swing, between working and watching what Chris teaches us on his tablet the afternoon goes by, giving teta, working, listening to the things Chris says hehe anyway! The night comes, almost always Ema falls asleep around 7pm, so I take advantage and go out to make dinner while my husband takes a bath with the child, we eat and continue working, giving teta😂😂 and sharing with Chris. Lately we play cards before bedtime, he loves it and if you could see how he is only 4 years old he plays so well haha.
Semanas atras saliamos a caminar por las tardes con los niños y entrabamos a un parque cercano que esta medio abandonado, pero aun se puede caminar un poco, pero en los ultimos dias ha llovido mucho asi que lo hemos suspendido, pero basicamente esa es mi rutina diaria❤️
Weeks ago we went for a walk in the afternoons with the kids and went to a nearby park that is half abandoned, but you can still walk a little, but in the last few days it has rained a lot so we have suspended it, but basically that's my daily routine❤️
Que los fines de semana cambia un poco porque me voy a casa de mis padres con los niños o si estoy con mi esposo, en las noches vemos peliculas o series, a veces salimos al parque zoologico y asi😊 pero siempre siempre con mis monitos pegados jeje🥰🥰
That on weekends changes a bit because I go to my parents house with the kids or if I'm with my husband, in the evenings we watch movies or series, sometimes we go out to the zoo and so😊 but always always with my little monkeys attached hehe🥰🥰
