My future plans are what keeps my brain busy and my hands working because bringing them to reality is what makes them real and will have people believe that I'm not wasting my time at the moment. To some, I'm always on my phone wasting away time and to some, I'm lazy but in my mind and by what I'm busy doing, I'm on my future dreams which I believe I would achieve soon.
The option two of the questions asked "Where do I want to be in five years time?" one thing km sure of, the five years later me would be way better than the present me.
There are a few things I'd like to have achieved in five years time and all of it require that I start working now and also be ready to face the challenges that would come with achieving them (nothing good come easy, my younger bro reminded me that again hehe) so I'm just going to keep my mind ready while I achieve each of them little by little.
In five years, these are a few things I'd like to come to reality for me as a graduate right now...
- Working from home more comfortably
I know it is expected for every graduate to get a good job and start earning good pay if they don't wish to further just yet. Well, they didn't say what kind of work or if it has to be a hard work because I plan to seek opportunities that would help me work and earn from home... Self employed. I want to be working comfortably and earning a lot from my home in five years time, I believe I can achieve this especially with my growing Hive account and other plans I'm putting in place offline.
- Own above 50k Hive Power
Yes, I so much believe would grow and remain for years so I'm hoping to grow alongside my account. Right now, I have just 3k HP which is a bit little for the time I've been here but I'm not discouraged as I still aim to gain that much HP in five years time. I'll try to stay consistent, write quality contents that would attract good support and hopefully win delegations that would help me grow my Hive power faster. I plan to support more projects when I'm able to gather more Hive power (maybe start mine haha).
- Not worry about what money is needed for
Simply put, I would be financially free and happy with my earnings which I believe would be made possible with my Hive account and plans offline. I wouldn't have to worry about my family needs and what I need since I would have the money to sort them out. I know there's no way I'll be able to sort everything for everyone around me with my money but I plan to do the best I can because by then, I'd have more than enough to worry much about where to get money from.
- Be engaged or married happily
This isn't a certain one but if it comes by my way, I plan to let it be and get married. I can only hope and pray the right one finds me and I be the right one for him. For now, I keep learning about myself and finding out what I really want for myself while I try to be less dependent so I could be of great help to my future husband. Happily married? I know it's a wish to many who is married already as marriage turns out to be worse decisions for them but I don't mind, it's better to speak good into your life than to keep expecting the worse.
- Be able to travel to wherever I want to
It has always been my dream to travel around even if within my country so I want to believe I'd be able to do that in five years time and even before then. I want to explore places and hopefully take my family with me for us to have new experiences. This might also be another way for me to give life the opportunity to bring the right man to be so yeah, I'd like to explore new places, meet new people and learn new things and skills to be more successful, beautiful and attractive hehe.
There are many other things I'd like to achieve but I'll leave them to be a lifelong dream to achieve, I could achieve them anytime of my years on earth and I would accept them anytime they come because they are more of my less prioritized dreams. For now, these are my future plans and you can wish me well on them because I will achieve them by God's grace. Amen!!!
Thanks @saffisara for this beautiful question, I'm glad I got to put them down here. I would have to come back to them in five years time to confirm and be happy or change strategy to achieve any I couldn't (I don't believe I won't except the marriage thing lol)
