Un cordial saludo Damas y Caballeros, miembros activos de esta comunidad. Muy contenta de unirme a la diversión, en el Concurso #159 con la interrogante:
1️⃣ ¿Qué es lo que más te apasiona de la vida?
Muchas pasiones en una sola vida
Divagando sobre la interrogante propuesta, yendo y viniendo en el pensamiento. Indagando y cuestionando, solo encuentro aproximaciones no concluyentes, que en ningún caso prevalecen sobre una pasión exclusiva por un solo hacer.
Porque en esencia soy apasionada, aprecio y concibo lo que hago con motivación, inspiración, con actitud. Soy un amasijo de pasiones, todas arrogantes en la demanda de su espacio, así como significativas y expresivas, que estampan su sello con propiedad, para dar sentido a mi existencia, a través de la vida misma, que me anima y reconforta.
Hay algunas pasiones, muy virtuosas, fieles asistentes, que estimulan, movilizan e impulsan positivamente mis energías, canalizando mi voluntad hacia mis esfuerzos, propósitos y objetivos. Otras, por el contrario, me proporcionan equilibrio, moderación y armonía, aportándome complacencia, satisfacción y bienestar. Hablemos un poco de ellas. No ocupan un lugar determinado, todas son cardinales en mis recorridos.
La Medicina, la pasión de ser para los demás.
La medicina, es un componente importante de mi forma de vida. Desde muy joven surgieron signos de pretensión que me mostraron el camino. Gracias a ella, he podido relacionarme con muchas personas, acercarme a muchas almas, contribuir o ayudarles a superar sus adversidades. Esta profesión que ejerzo con pasión, me ha colmado de muchas bondades, permitiéndome cambiar vidas y así transformar considerablemente la mía. Su práctica me ha dado más de lo que yo le he dado, con un impacto positivo y enriquecedor en mi existencia. Ha fortalecido con creces mis horizontes, contribuyendo a ampliar mis miradas, apreciables y reconfortantes para mi ser. Ejercer la medicina es una pasión sentida y vivida, que no tiene límites, que se regenera asiduamente, que no se agota, que fluye perennemente.
La naturaleza, la pasión de la sabiduría ancestral.
La naturaleza en su suntuosidad y exaltación, con su energía sibilina, es la esencia que nutre mi organismo. Es una pasión que me atrapa y me compromete, que trasciende, que me equilibra con bienestar y tranquilidad, otorgándome plenitud y paz. Disfruto mis encuentros con la sabiduría ancestral, me reconforta, me revitaliza. Soy muy afortunada, porque interactúo muy a menudo con la naturaleza. Soy parte de ella y ella es parte de mi existencia. Camino por sus senderos y me envuelvo con exquisitez en sus aromas, formas y colores, en lo híbrido y desigual. Es la pasión de encontrarme en mi ser, en armonía y sintonía con mis sentidos.
La docencia universitaria, la pasión en el hacer del saber.
La díada profesor-estudiante es un contexto apasionante, con su existencia, llena de esencias, particularidades, simbolismos y muchos significados. Es la conjunción de historias de vida, que se cruzan en el lenguaje, buscando entenderse y comprenderse con sus discursos. La docencia universitaria, en mi practicum, ha sido exquisita y me ha dado el honor de contribuir, a través de la facilitación, al desarrollo de habilidades, destrezas y conocimientos para las nuevas generaciones. Es una pasión motivadora, estimulante y gratificante que me impulsa a contribuir a formar médicos competentes para la vida, libres, críticos, reflexivos, creativos e imaginativos, siguiendo la realidad de los nuevos tiempos.
La Poesía, la sublime pasión de las letras.
Distinguida pasión que embelesa y embriaga mi ser, como solo ella puede hacerlo. Lo vivo y lo siento, entre palabras que me retuercen, que llenan mis sentidos, para liberar mis emociones más íntimas y ocultas, para dar forma a nostalgias y a veces a penas. Escribir poesía es dar rienda suelta a mis sentimientos, dar forma a momentos y vivencias. Es inspiración, en una pasión que desborda los afectos con efectos.
Filosofar, la pasión por pensar y comprender.
Llegué a sumergirme en sus aguas, transitando en las ciencias de la educación y definitivamente ha abierto mis sentidos, acortando brechas discursivas y generando un dinamismo de posibilidades. Ha fortalecido mi comprensión, como actos esenciales de la naturaleza humana. Me apasiona la filosofía, pues me permite generar asiduamente preguntas sobre mi tránsito existencial, mi visión de mí misma y de lo que me rodea, en el transcurrir de un tiempo que me acosa, y a la vez se me escapa. Contribuye a hacerme consciente de mi vida, al permitirme especular y pensar sobre los muchos porqués que indagan y escudriñan mi interior.

1️⃣ What in life are you most passionate about?
Many passions in a single life
Rambling on the proposed question, going back and forth in thinking. Inquiring, and questioning, I only find inconclusive approximations, which in no case prevail over an exclusive passion for a single doing.
Because in essence, I am passionate, I appreciate and conceive what I do with motivation, inspiration, with attitude. I am a jumble of passions, all arrogant in the demand of their space, as well as significant and expressive, that stamp their stamp with property, to give meaning to my existence, through life itself, which encourages and comforts me.
There are some passions, very virtuous, faithful assistants, that stimulate, mobilize, and positively drive my energies, channeling my will toward my efforts, purposes, and objectives. Others, on the contrary, provide me with balance, moderation, and harmony, bringing me complacency, satisfaction, and well-being. Let's talk a little about them. They do not occupy a particular place, they are all cardinal in my journeys.
Medicine, the passion of being for others.
Medicine is an important component of my way of life. Since I was very young, signs of pretension emerged, showing me the way. Thanks to it, I have been able to relate to many people, get close to many souls, contribute, or help them to overcome their adversities. This profession that I exercise with passion has filled me with many kindnesses, allowing me to change lives and thus considerably transform my own. Its practice has given me more than I have given it, with a positive and enriching impact on my existence. It has more than strengthened my horizons, contributing to broadening my views, appreciable and comforting to my being. Practicing medicine is a passion felt and lived that has no limits, that regenerates itself assiduously, that does not run out, and that flows perennially.
Nature, the passion of ancestral wisdom.
Nature in its sumptuousness and exaltation, with its sibylline energy, is the essence that nourishes my organism. It is a passion that traps me and engages me, that transcends, that balances me with wellbeing and tranquility, granting plenitude and peace. I enjoy my encounters with ancestral wisdom, it comforts me, it revitalizes me. I am very fortunate because I interact very often with nature. I am part of her and she is part of my existence. I walk along its paths and I wrap myself with exquisiteness in its aromas, shapes, and colors, in the hybrid and uneven. It is the passion of finding myself in my being, in harmony and tune with my senses.
University teaching, the passion in the doing of know.
The teacher-student dyad is an exciting context, with its existence, full of essences, particularities, symbolisms, and many meanings. It is the conjunction of life stories, which intersect in language, seeking to understand and comprehend each other with their discourses. University teaching, in my practicum, has been exquisite and has given me the honor of contributing through facilitation, to the development of skills, abilities, and knowledge for new generations. It is a motivating, stimulating, and rewarding passion that drives me to contribute to forming doctors who are competent for life, free, critical, reflective, creative, and imaginative, following the reality of the new times.
Poetry, the sublime passion of letters.
It is a distinguished passion that enraptures and intoxicates my being, as only it can do. I live and feel it, between words that twist me, fill my senses, release my most intimate and hidden emotions, to give shape to nostalgia and sometimes to sorrows. Writing poetry is to give free rein to my feelings, giving shape to moments and experiences. It is inspiration, in a passion that overflows the affections with effects.
Philosophizing, the passion for thinking and understanding.
I came to delve into its waters, transiting in the sciences of education and it has opened my senses, shortening discursive gaps, and generating a dynamism of possibilities. It has strengthened my understanding of essential acts of human nature. I am passionate about philosophy, as it allows me to assiduously generate questions about my existential transit, my vision of myself, and what surrounds me, in the passing of a time that harasses and at the same time escapes me. It contributes to making me aware of my life, by allowing me to speculate and to think about the many whys and wherefores that probe and scrutinize my inner self.

These images correspond to a painting of my property. Exquisitely made by Reina Rojas, with different techniques and textures. It was a gift from a medical student, with an exceptional performance, and represents an example of the goodness that life has given me. For me, it was an honor to contribute and facilitate his learning as a teacher. Today ER is a renowned Pediatric Cardiologist, a heart that beats and vibrates with passion.
