El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mis respuestas a las preguntas de la edición 89 del concurso de la comunidad Ladies of Hive y contarles un poco acerca de estos temas desde mi perspectiva, espero que puedan quedarse hasta el final y este post sea de su agrado, sin más, ¡comencemos!
¡Happy weekend! Today I want to share with you my answers to the questions of the 89th edition of the Ladies of Hive community contest and tell you a little about these issues from my perspective, I hope you can stay until the end and this post is to your liking, without further ado, let's start!
¿Cómo te sientes acerca de viajar como una mujer soltera? ¿Cuáles son las ventajas y los desafíos? | ¿How do you feel about traveling as a single woman? ¿What are the advantages and challenges?
Viajar es una de las cosas que más me gustan a pesar de que no lo he hecho tanto como quisiera, y es que viajar requiere de gastos y tiempo libre para hacerlo, dos cosas que no tengo a mi alcance, desde niña siempre he disfrutado esos pequeños viajes por la carretera, siempre viví en una ciudad diferente a la del resto de mi familia y eso implicaba hacer largos viajes para poder reunirnos en navidad o cualquier festividad, supongo que a raíz de todos esos viajes y largas horas en carretera comenzó a gustarme eso de viajar de un lugar a otro, más aún si el destino me gustaba.
Siempre he querido viajar tanto dentro como fuera de mi país, recorrer muchos lugares, conocer ciudades, playas, sitios turísticos, visitar lugares icónicos, esos que siempre he querido conocer pero que hasta ahora no he podido hacer, ese es uno de mis sueños más grandes, poder viajar a todos lados y conocer diferentes lugres y espero algún día poder materializar ese sueño y hacerlo realidad. Nunca he salido de mi país, lo poco que he viajado lo he hecho acá mismo en Venezuela y penas conozco pequeñas partes, algunos de los lugares a los que he viajado son Caripe, Caracas (capital del país), Carúpano, Cumaná, Puerto la Cruz, Barcelona y Anaco, esta última es mi ciudad natal, la cual no visito desde hace unos 11 años, como verán, no es mucho lo que he viajado y hace muchos años que ni siquiera salgo de mi ciudad actual, de hecho, a donde más iba era a la playa y la última vez fue en el año 2017.
Traveling is one of the things that I like the most even though I haven't done it as much as I would like, and that is that traveling requires expenses and free time to do it, two things that I don't have within my reach, since I was a child I have always enjoyed those small trips on the road, I always lived in a different city from the rest of my family and that meant making long trips to be able to meet at Christmas or any holiday, I guess that as a result of all those trips and long hours on the road I began to like it that of traveling from one place to another, even more so if I liked the destination.
I have always wanted to travel both inside and outside my country, to visit many places, to know cities, beaches, tourist sites, visit iconic places, those that I have always wanted to know but that until now I have not been able to do, that is one of my dreams great, to be able to travel everywhere and get to know different places and I hope one day to be able to materialize that dream and make it a reality. I have never left my country, the little I have traveled I have done right here in Venezuela and I hardly know small parts, some of the places I have traveled are Caripe, Caracas (capital of the country), Carúpano, Cumaná, Puerto la Cruz, Barcelona and Anaco, the latter is my hometown, which I haven't visited for about 11 years, as you can see, I haven't traveled much and it's been many years since I even left my current city, in fact, to where I went the most was to the beach and the last time was in 2017.
Todos estos pequeños viajes que he hecho nunca han sido sola, siempre voy en compañía de otras personas, durante mi niñez era con mis padres y hermanos, mientras que desde hace unos 8 años mis compañeros de viaje son mi pareja y su familia, quienes son también mi familia, con ellos tampoco he viajado mucho, he hecho, las últimas veces han sido a la playa, pero nunca hemos hecho un viaje vacacional ni familiar a lo grande, hace años que no vamos a ningún lado pero siempre están los planes en espera.
All these small trips that I have made have never been alone, I always go in the company of other people, during my childhood it was with my parents and siblings, while for about 8 years my travel companions are my partner and his family, who are also my family, with them I haven't traveled much either, I have, the last few times they have been to the beach, but we have never made a big vacation or family trip, we haven't gone anywhere for years but the plans are always in wait.
Siempre me estado rodeada de personas, muy pocas veces estoy sola o hago cosas sola, en cuanto a viajar nunca lo he hecho por mi cuenta sin compañía, las pocas veces que he viajado lo he hecho con acompañante pero si he sentido la curiosidad de saber que se siente poder viajar sola, recorrer caminos y llegar a muchos lugares de manera independiente pero hasta ahora no lo he hecho y no me he atrevido, aunque me gusta estar sola a veces o con pocas personas viajar es algo que prefiero hacer acompañada de otras personas y en especial si es con mi pareja.
I have always been surrounded by people, very rarely am I alone or do things alone, in terms of traveling I have never done it on my own without company, the few times I have traveled I have done it with a companion but I have been curious to know that it feels like being able to travel alone, walk paths and reach many places independently but until now I have not done it and I have not dared, although I like to be alone sometimes or with few people traveling is something I prefer to do accompanied by others people and especially if it is with my partner.
¿Cómo describirías los rasgos de una mujer exitosa? | ¿How would you describe the traits of a successful woman?
En tiempos pasados se consideraba a la mujer inferior que el hombre y ni siquiera tenían los mismos derechos, era el hombre quien proveía al hogar mientras que la mujer se quedaba al cuidado del hogar y los niños, pero, todo eso ha cambiado, hoy en día en estos tiempos la mujer es muy independiente, empoderada y autosuficiente, las mujeres tenemos derechos y somos tratadas con respeto, somos capaces de hacer las cosas por nuestra cuenta sin depender de un tercero, mucho menos de un hombre, hoy en día la mujer también puede tener un empleo y el hombre puede ser quien se quede en casa, todo ha cambiado y ha sido para mejor, no se deben limitar ciertas actividades a un género porque tanto los hombres pueden hacer las tareas de las mujeres así como la mujer es capaz de hacer todo lo que hace el hombre.
In times past, women were considered inferior to men and they did not even have the same rights, it was the man who provided for the home while the woman took care of the home and the children, but all that has changed, today In these times, women are very independent, empowered and self-sufficient, women have rights and are treated with respect, we are capable of doing things on our own without depending on a third party, much less on a man, nowadays women can also have a job and the man can be the one who stays at home, everything has changed and it has been for the better, certain activities should not be limited to one gender because both men can do women's tasks just as women are capable of doing everything that man does.
Considero que el éxito de una mujer no depende de un tercero, porque, aunque recibamos ayuda y apoyo de alguien somos nosotras quienes decidimos sobre nuestras vidas, digo esto porque he conocido casos de mujeres que por más apoyo que reciban no logran tener éxito, mientras que otras lo logran de manera independiente. Pienso que una mujer exitosa es aquella que trabaja duro por lo que quiere y lucha por lograrlo, es una mujer capaz de hacer lo que sea y afrontar cualquier obstáculo en su camino, que no necesita depender de nadie ni esperar a que alguien más le resuelva la vida, el éxito no se trata de dinero o lujos, se trata de lograr lo que queremos en la vida por nuestros propios medios.
Por mi parte siempre he intentado hacer las cosas por mí misma, me gusta ser independiente y no esperar a que alguien más me resuelva la vida, me gusta aprender a hacer de todo, hago todo lo que tenga que hacer sin problemas y no me molesta, sin embargo, siempre he tenido la ayuda de mi pareja, ambos nos apoyamos y ayudamos mutuamente y aunque me gusta mucho tener a alguien con quien contar incondicionalmente siempre voy a preferir ser independiente en todo lo que pueda, para mí es muy satisfactorio ser la responsable de mi vida y mi éxito.
I believe that the success of a woman does not depend on a third party, because, even if we receive help and support from someone, it is we who decide on our lives, I say this because I have known cases of women who, no matter how much support they receive, do not succeed, while others do it independently. I think that a successful woman is one who works hard for what she wants and fights to achieve it, she is a woman capable of doing anything and facing any obstacle in her way, who does not need to depend on anyone or wait for someone else to solve her life, success is not about money or luxuries, it is about achieving what we want in life by our own means.
For my part, I have always tried to do things by myself, I like to be independent and not wait for someone else to solve my life, I like to learn to do everything, I do everything I have to do without problems and it doesn't bother me , however, I have always had the help of my partner, we both support and help each other and although I really like having someone to count on unconditionally, I will always prefer to be independent in everything I can, for me it is very satisfying to be the responsible for my life and my success.
