Holding on to hope (LOH)

"Don't loose hope, no situation is permanent." - African Proverb

Most times life's challenges may cause us to lose hope and positive mindset. In my journey I've met many hopeless people and there are tikes when I also feel the pressure to lose hope. But I've been taught never to do so and I have many reasons never to do so.

Things that keep me hopeful

Things that keep me hopeful are my a combination of my personal beliefs and practices. I do believe in the wisdom of that African proverb: Don't lose hope, no situation is permanent '.
Yes, I've faced many difficult situation as a young person and the biggest blow was when I lost my Dad. It wasn't easy at all but I have come to learn that change is constant and as we're still living in this last days of this present world we will have challenges.
After my father's death it was as if we were starting life over again, it was indeed painful!

As the years went by I came to learn more beautiful things from the bible. The bible gives hope and comfort.
I learnt from the bible that things we face today are only temporary and that there's going to be a new world of peace and satisfaction for everyone. And the most exciting thing is that we will live forever in the new beautiful world and the dead one's in God's memory will be resurrected. Rev. 21:2-4.
So God's word fives me hope and comfort. It provides me with reminders that even in the face of adversity, I can turn to stories of resilience and perseverance. These passages serve as a constant source of motivation for me.

My ability to hold on to hope is always as a result of help from God. I have learn to maintain a positive attitude, practicing gratitude and always seeking support from loved matured friends. Their encouragement and positivity provides that silver lining I need to persevere and start anew.

So personal beliefs, faith in God's word the bible, practices of gratitude and the support of loved ones helps me to always seek the silver lining even if it means starting afresh.
