Caminar al aire libre, hacer ejercicios y trotar es lo que más disfruto no solo por los innumerable beneficios que ofrece para la salud sino porque también disfruto de los paisajes, del clima etc.
Walking outdoors, exercising and jogging is what I enjoy the most not only because of the innumerable health benefits it offers but also because I enjoy the landscapes, the climate, etc.
En familia realizar estas actividades es maravillosa porque permite que los miembros de la misma se integren y comparta cada en un gran ambiente natural. Mi esposo pertenece a un equipo de softbol y en algunas oportunidades nuestra hija y yo nos incorporamos con el al campo, además de el estar al día con sus prácticas, disfrutar de la naturaleza y también es una forma de compartir como familia.
As a family, doing these activities is wonderful because it allows the members of the family to integrate and share each other in a great natural environment.My husband belongs to a softball team and on some occasions our daughter and I join the field with him, in addition to keeping up with his practices, enjoying nature and it is also a way of sharing as a family.
Muchas veces he comentado aquí en la plataforma, lo agradecida que me siento por vivir en una zona campestre, los beneficios que ofrece la naturaleza son realmente increible. Trato en la medida de lo posible de camimar y hacer mucho ejercicio porque soy una persona que aumente con facilidad de peso y esto no favore mi salud. Vivir en el campo me ofrece la oportunidad de no tener que ir muy lejos para realizar mis actividades al aire libre con la seguridad que respirare aire puro.
Many times I have commented here on the platform, how grateful I feel for living in a country area, the benefits that nature offers are really incredible. I try as much as possible to walk and do a lot of exercise because I am a person who easily gains weight and this is not good for my health. Living in the countryside offers me the opportunity not to have to go far to do my outdoor activities with the security that I breathe fresh air.
También suelo salir con mi mascota a estas actividades ya que los perros también necesitan su tiempo de ejercicio para crecer, desarrollarse de manera saludable y no estresarse.

Leer y realizar pinic también son actividades geniales que podemos realizar al aire libre y disfrutar mucho ya sea solo o acompañados.
