Hello friends, how are you, I haven't written on this platform for a long time because I've been a little busy due to different commitments, but I'm back and I'm here to tell you about an unexpected trip that was spectacular, since I enjoyed a beautiful view of Puerto Cabello from the Solano Fortress.
Hola amigos, ¿cómo están?, tiempo sin escribir por esta plataforma ya que he estado un tanto ocupada por diferentes compromisos, pero ya estoy de vuelta y les vengo a contar acerca de un viaje inesperado que resultó espectacular, ya que disfruté desde el Fortín Solano una vista hermosa de Puerto Cabello.
About two months ago, my mom and I had the joy of taking care of my youngest nephew for a few weeks and it was time to return him home, that's why we took advantage of the trip to Puerto Cabello (where my brother, his dad, lives) to go to the beach the next day, since we arrived in the afternoon on Saturday. But, talking to my sister-in-law she told us about Fortín Solano and asked us if we wanted to visit it, to which, of course we said yes, after a few minutes of walking and a good climb up the mountain we arrived at this majestic place.
Hace como dos meses, mi mama y yo tuvimos la dicha de cuidar a mi sobrino menor por unas semanas y había llegado la hora de regresarlo a su casa, es por eso que aprovechamos el viaje a Puerto Cabello (donde vive mi hermano, su papá) para ir a la playa al día siguiente, ya que llegamos en la tarde el sábado. Pero, hablando con mi cuñada nos contó sobre el Fortín Solano y nos preguntó si queríamos conocerlo, a lo cual, por supuesto dijimos que sí, luego de unos minutos de camino y una buena subida en la montaña llegamos a este majestuoso lugar.
When we got out of the car we got the first view that I fell in love with from the first moment, then we all continued walking and observing everything around us, because to get to the highest viewpoint we had to climb several stairs. I enjoyed every moment to the fullest, I am a fan of viewpoints like this one, the Fortín Solano viewpoint was built in 1766 to protect the town from possible naval attacks.
Al bajarnos del carro nos conseguimos con la primera vista que me enamoró desde el primer momento, luego todos seguimos caminando y observando todo lo que estaba a nuestro alrededor, ya que para llegar al mirador más alto teníamos que subir varias escaleras. Me disfruté cada momento al máximo, soy fan de los miradores como este, el mirador Fortín solano fue construido en 1766 para proteger al pueblo de posibles ataques navales.
When we got to the top of the viewpoint, we could see the whole city of puerto cabello and how beautiful it is, besides spending a nice time with family and tranquility, my nephew was super happy and excited and I was more in love with his happy face.
Al llegar a la cima del mirador, podíamos observar toda la ciudad de puerto cabello y lo preciosa que es, además de pasar un rato agradable en familia y en tranquilidad, mi sobrino estaba súper feliz y emocionado y yo más enamorada de su cara de felicidad.
After enjoying this viewpoint, we decided to visit the Malecon of Puerto Cabello, where we walked, but we also sat down to appreciate the sunset, which is something I also enjoy very much, on the other hand, we also ate some delicious strawberry popsicles, and played with the children who were delighted with the atmosphere.
Después de haber disfrutado de este mirador, decidimos ir a visitar al Malecón de Puerto Cabello, en el cual caminamos, pero también nos sentamos a apreciar el atardecer, que es algo que también disfruto mucho, por otra parte, también nos comimos unas deliciosas paletas de fresas, y jugamos con los niños que estaban encantados con el ambiente.
