I have decided to participate in the Ladies of Hive Community Contest #144 contest with the theme of Economic injustice and the pay gap: because it seems to me that although the world has advanced in large part thanks to the same evolution, there are issues that are still lagging behind such as gender equality at the labor level.
When some job opportunity, we arrive and we must compete with a higher percentage of men; I will only be inclined to think that it is because of the cultural part, where men go out to work and women stay at home doing the chores. The truth is that I don't agree with that since the beginning of my life with some more maturity. Just as machismo has been criticized, feminism should also be criticized, they are extreme sides, that if we see them with some sanity, they hurt the other in one way or another.
I believe in gender equality for many things, because not everything can be done equally, there genetics plays its role and you cannot fight against that, but in economic issues for work, it is something that does not have to do one thing with the other. The issue of economic injustice is currently very notorious, it is more common to see a man in a high command than a woman, you will see more times a manager than a woman manager and there are also countries where women cannot legally hold positions of power or high command.
Definitely there is still a long way to go for all human beings to feel equal as people and thus achieve that this gap can be diminished to the lowest possible level.

Buenas tardes a todos y bienvenidos a mi Blog.
He decidido participar en el Concurso de la Comunidad de Señoras de la Colmena #144 con el tema de La injusticia económica y la brecha salarial porque me parece que aunque el mundo ha avanzado en gran parte gracias a la misma evolución, hay temas que siguen en el retraso como la igualdad de género a nivel laboral.
Cuando alguna oportunidad laboral, llegamos y debemos competir con un mayor porcentaje de hombres; solo me inclinaré a pensar que es por la parte cultural, donde los hombres salen a trabajar y las mujeres se quedan en casa haciendo las labores. La verdad es que no estoy de acuerdo con eso desde el inicio de mi vida con algo más de madurez. Así como se ha criticado el machismo, también debería criticarse el feminismo, son bandos extremos, que si los vemos con algo de cordura, hacen daño de una u otra manera al otro.
Creo en la igualdad de género para muchas cosas, porque no todo lo podemos hacer igual, ahí la genética cumple su papel y no se puede luchar contra eso, pero en temas económicos por trabajo, es algo que no tiene que ver una cosa con la otra. El tema de la injusticia económica actualmente muy notoria, es más común ver a un hombre en un alto mando que a una mujer, vas a ver más veces a un gerente que a una gerente y también hay países en donde legalmente las mujeres no pueden ejercer cargos de poder o de altos mandos.
Definitivamente hace falta mucho aún para que todos los seres humanos lleguemos a sentirnos iguales como personas y así lograr que esa brecha pueda ser disminuida a lo más bajo posible.
