This time, we're not going to make a Summoner x Monster combo but rather two monsters that completely complement each other. I'm sure a lot of people has been doing this combination but I want to give emphasis on how strong it is so here we are.
River Heliondale
River was born and raised in a city near the coast. All his life, water is his company. He was trained in water-based magic, and even fall asleep with the sound of the ocean.
When an opportunity to travel to Praetoria was presented to him, he never took a second thought to do it. He became a confidant of the town leader, Bera, when he arrived to New Everitt.
When the Creeping Plague came to New Everitt, he wasn't able to help so when Chaos Legion arrived, he immediately took up arms in defending New Everitt alongside Bera to defend the town.

Dhampir Infiltrator
Dhampir Infiltrators are unofficially employed by the Gloridax Empire as spied, thieves and assassins. Being a half-vampire, they all have the benefits of being a vampire but are not harmed by sunlight.
However, Dhampir Infiltrators need blood of dragons in order to survive. While the Gloridax Empire provide Dhampir Infiltrators with an ample supply of blood, they deny all affiliations with the said group.

Surprisingly, River Heliondale's price is really low. The cheapest level 1 only costs around $5.43. I'm not sure why this is but I think he's too undervalued at the price and should be more. If you like this card, I think it would be best to get it now while the price is low.

From 0.50 DEC per day at level 1 to 5.35 at level 2. The difference between the two is too far apart but this shows how strong Inspire ability is to have that high of a jump in price.

You can get a level 4 for only $1.29. This is enough for both Bronze and Silver. The main advantage of leveling up to 4 is an extra melee damage. Unlike others where you get only 1 melee, since Dhampir Infiltrator has Double Strike, it's the same as having a total of two damage.
I bought mine weeks ago as I felt this combo was really strong and easy to pull off. You can even rent it out or sell it in the future if you're not having fun with it which may fetch you a good amount in the future since the set where you can get this card is not available anymore except third party sellers.

If you're saving your funds for another, you can cheaply rent it for 0.12 DEC per day and sometimes, even just 0.10 DEC per day. The main disadvantage of renting over buying is that the sellers can cancel the rental.
I don't know what's wrong with the market recently, however, there are times that your cards can and will be cancelled without further notice.
Usually, when a cancellation occurs, you have 48 hours before the card is cancelled properly. The 48 hours or 2 days is the minimum rental day and you cannot cancel any card under 48 hours. However, and this is just my assumption, cancellation reduces the 48 hours leaving you whatever is left at cancellation.
For example, if your Dhampir Infiltrator has 2 days and 30 mins (48 hours 30 mins) left and the seller cancelled the rental, you will be given only 30 mins as they refund the minimum 2 hours.
This case happened to me a lot recently and this is my assumption based on observation.
I apologize if it became somewhat of a rant since I think this should be looked at by the devs.
TLDR: It would be wiser to buy a level 4 than rent as it removes the headache of checking your card everyday to see if your Dhampir Infiltrator has been cancelled or not resulting in probable game loss.

River Heliondale is decent at level 1 but stronger at level 2 and above. The demerit of this card is his 2 speed which means he may be one of the last ones to attack but this can be countered by adding a swiftness unit or Kelya Frendul summoner which is easy to do on Silver and above.
His damage type is magic as well which allows you to put him behind the front lines to allow him to survive longer maximizing River Heliondale's abilities.
At level 1, Resurrect is unlocked. Resurrect, as it name suggests, revives the first fallen ally on that battle. The resurrected ally has 1 health but full armor, if there's any. All the positive buffs on the current battle like Inspire will also be re-applied as if it's the start of the battle. All the negative buffs such as poison or demoralized, will be removed.
At level 2, Inspire is unlocked. Inspire increases melee damage of all friendly monsters by 1 as long as this monter is alive on the field.
At level 3, Dispel is unlocked. Dispel removes all positive effects on the target monster if it's hit by its attack. However, all innate abilities like Shield or Void Armor will not be removed.
Based on my observation, effects that can be removed are those that changes stats such as speed and attack. Any positive buffs that show above the card like Last Stand are also the ones that can be removed.
This may be a bug or intended but some players also experience battles where Scavenged health are dispelled upon hit by monsters with Dispel ability.

I really like Dhampir Infiltrator and has became a big part of my core ever since I went to Silver. As you can see below, I've even decided to purchase a level 4 of it which gives the extra damage.
I didn't get the level 5 which gives him an extra ability because at the time I got it, I don't think it's needed. But I will probably upgrade him to a level 5 before by next week since I've been playing against a lot of Triage cards or monsters that can heal the back row.
At level 1, Sneak and Double Strike is unlocked.
Sneak allows Dhampir Infiltrator to attack from any position. The targetting also changes to the last enemy monster which is good for a strategy to attack from front and back at the same time.
Double Strike allows the monster to make a second attack after the first. The damage is the same as his current damage. The only negative part of this is that the first and second attack may miss meaning even if the first attack is successful, the second part may still miss as he doesn't have a good speed.
At level 5, Cripple is unlocked. Cripple reduces the target's max health by 1 if hit. This is a strong ability against healer strategies since reducing the max health also reduces the effectiveness of heals and tank heal. For example, Agor Longtail has 13 health at level 2. He also has a Taunt ability. He gets 4 heal every turn. If Dhampir Infiltrator has 2 successful attacks, this reduces Agor Longtail's max health to 11 (1 Cripple per attack), which reduces the healing from 4 to 3.
Heal and Tank Heal is computed as "Max Health / 3 = Health Restored."
At level 8, Affliction is unlocked. Monsters with Affliction has a chance of inflicting the Afflictioned debuff to an opponent. Afflictioned opponents cannot heal. This applies for both Heal and Tank Heal abilities but can be removed by either Cleanse or death.

Weak Magic Rules of Combat. Weak Magic allows monsters with armor to block magic damage before damaging their health. This essentially gives all monsters on the field, the same effect as Void Armor.
All elements unlocked except for Earth and Death Elements. Summoners and Monsters from this element cannot be used during this battle.

Yes. This is a good lineup with high damage. Adding an extra damage to a double strike monster actually adds 2 damage total which makes Dhampir Infiltrator a strong 6 damage monster at 4 mana only. It's like adding twice the value of Uraeus with only 1 mana more.

Yes. By the second round, my opponent's back line monsters got wrecked because of Inspired Dhampir Infiltrator. The game ended faster than I expected. I can't give a better example of how strong this combo is than this battle.

I recently discovered a dragon monster called Carnage Titan. At level 2, he's a 3 damage monster with double strike ability and I would exchange Djinn Oshannus to that. Carnage Titan is a good secondary monster as he can still attack, despite being a melee monster, thanks to his reach ability. Since he's also a melee monster, he gains benefit from Inspire ability from Heliondale giving him a total of 8 damage every round.
