This is a remake of the Aquatus x Coeurl Lurker combo. I've tried Coeurl Lurker before and it's not useful in lower league so I made something which originally works on lower league. Here's what I got.
Lore Summary
Aquatus, from the flooded realm of Lemell's curiosity grew too far which made him learn the waxed scrolls bearing ancient runic symbols from the first visit of the Riftwatchers. By their second visit, Aquatus plead for the knowledge which the Riftwatchers agreed only if he would join and fight the Chaos Legion in which Aquatus, without any second thought, agreed.

The king of the sea, The Kraken's size in battle is only a fraction of what it is in real life thanks to Gloridax Sorcery. If there's no safety in place, summoning the original Kraken would endanger every spectator because of how Untamed this magical being is.

The cheapest level 1 Aquatus can be bought for $2.60 which is far cheaper than I anticipatted. He's an epic summoner which means he gets to have higher stats than rare or common summoners. This is a good deal as water element is a good source of monsters with high speed that can bring out the potential of his backfire.

With the decrease of crypto value, new release of Riftwatchers, and with some people losing confidence in the game, The Kraken's price is placed at an average of $30. It's $10 lower than his previous average price last month.

Aquatus rental price right now is really low because he's overshadowed by Kelya's stats. However, if used properly, his Backfire effect is actually stronger than what you think.
The Kraken's rental is also low but not too much. At 10 DEC per day, you can rent one to use for battle. I'm currently renting The Kraken because of how strong he is if supported by proper cards.
Stats

Epic summoners can already use level 2 commons at level 1. You only need to get a level 2 Aquatus for Bronze match ups giving you level 3 commons, level 3 rare, level 2 epis and level 1 legendaries.

Kraken has one of the best stats in the game even if there are new monsters in the game. He's the ultimate tank with all the stats included. The Kraken also has Taunt ability to protect all your monsters by tanking all the attack redirecting it to him.
Abilities
Aquatus gives you Backfire ability that inflicts 2 damage to the attacker if he misses. Aquatus provides this to all of your monsters so monsters with high speed is preferred.
The Kraken has these abilities for each level:
At level 1, Taunt is unlocked. Taunt ability redirects all attack target to himself technically disabling any target change abilities like Opportunity, Sneak, etc.
At level 2 Demoralize is unlocked. Demoralize ability reduces all opponent's melee attack by 1 as long as this card is on board. This has a minimum of 1 and monsters with 1 melee damage, before the effect is applied, are unaffected.
At level 3, Enrage is unlocked. Enrage gives the monster 50% more speed and melee damage if he's currently damaged. If the monster returns to full health via heal or tank heal, the effect is also nullified until the next time he gets damaged.
At level 4 Retaliate is unlocked. Retaliate allows the monster to attack any melee monster that attacked him. This ability has a 50% chance of activating. Combined with Enrage, Taunt and Backfire, this mean that at max level, if you miss your attack to The Kraken, you take damage. If you use any opportunity or Sneak, it gets redirected to him and has a chance of hitting you back.

30 Mana Cap. Total mana cost of all monsters must not exceed 30 mana.
Equal Opportunity Rules of Combat. Gives all monsters on board the Opportunity ability. Monsters with Opportunity ability changes their attack to target to the lowest health monster on the opponent's side.
All elements unlocked except for Fire, Life, and Earth Elements. Summoners and Monsters from this element cannot be used during this battle.

I like Aquatus Kraken more than Aquatus Correal Lurker combo since the Kraken has higher health. The high health and armor gives you more leeway before your tank dies.

Summoner: Aquatus: Gives Backfire to all ally monsters. This gives The Kraken the opportunity to damage range units if he dodge them.
The Kraken: My main tank and favorite. His high speed allows him to abuse Aquatus's Backfire that has a chance of inflicting 2 damage to any enemies that misses their attacks.
King Crustacean: Has Tank Heal ability to restore The Kraken's health.
Merdaali Guardian: Has Tank Heal ability to restore The Kraken's health.
Scavo Hireling: Has Repair ability to restore The Kraken's armor.
Naga Windmaster: Has Headwind which reduces all opponent's range damage by 1 as long as he is still on the board.
Creeping Ooze: Has Slow ability to reduce opponent's speed. Reducing the opponent's speed increases their chance to miss their attacks which means being damaged by Backfire.

Yes. While Backfire didn't kill anyone, it was able to eliminate some of the armors which means one more attack and the Kraken kills them. It's a good strategy especially I am using three support monsters without any attacks. This compensates for that lack of damage.

I don't think I can improve this except for higher levels in which I can get more swiftness or slow abilities. Focusing on those abilities will increase Aquatus's effectivity.
