Girls and boys in our country are under different kinds of stress, kidnap, rape, abuse, murder all ugly not able to escape. GBV (Gender Based Violence) is ever on the rise, I feel for the young as they cannot defend themselves.
Slow learners I have noticed tend to absorb a lot more understanding in what happens. Settling down making effort has paid off, having a granny who allowed you to read obviously felt there was more to this slow learning child than most could imagine.
