I went to Maria Isabel , for my new and glorious physiotherapist, who sent me to gain muscle mass, strengthen with weights and functional and a bunch of things that I had done in my life because I swore that with pilates, cardio boxing that I had done for 15 years was more than enough until eternity

Each exercise is intended so that I can carry my grandchildren, bend down to play strollers, walk long and steady on uneven and crazy trails, swim in the middle of the sea. To lead the active life of the woman and Lady Of Hive that I want to be for many years to come.

I have been training very disciplined for 2 years with a personal trainer because then one knows how to do exercises, learning to do the exercises is never the same as doing them with the supervision of her, who tells me how to move every muscle, bone, and the ability I have to make an effort.
