about my day. I am requesting you to please join me and enjoy the day how I enjoyed it. Like every regular day after getting up first thing to do is give gratitude to all energies around me. Then doing my morning routines and rituals including a little yoga and meditation.
Then my Indian chai with ginger and cardamom. with my weird food buttered bread toasts.
I made the naan dough for dinner.
Then went into the garden and talked with the plants and did a little quick weeding before heading off to work. My work is not far from our house so I always greet the people while walking. I think walking is a good opportunity to meet people.
Here is my clinic I had two patients today.
After my work, I have to meet somebody for a work-related matter. It is around 2 km. I had a good time.
Here is our small beautiful town is full of the bloom of early summer, walking past the farm, looking at and smelling flowers. walking along the water. it was very nice. Some birds are in the water but I will look for them later while going back home,
Walking in nature on summer days is very pleasant. enjoying nature I don't feel I am walking 2 km. I reached the place and have to go in.
After my meeting and 1/2 an hour of talk. I planned to go around here where we often come for a weekend stroll. today I took photos on my mobile phone.
Here is the famous Kon-tiki replica created by locals as a tribute to Thor Heyerdahl. It is stored in the old building while walking after the forest area is finished.
Going back home. walking along the water can see some ducks from a long distance.
I will wait if they come closer I like watching birds. this is my favorite activity when I am free.
They are close but it is not so easy to take a clear photo by mobile phone.
On the way home I pass the harbor full of wooden boats I sometimes take photos of reflections here when the water is more still.
here I am back home watering my plants.
