[LOH #156] What Makes Me Hold Up To Hope

Welcome To My Blog

It's mid week already. I hope you my friend is doing well and the week is going well too?

Another edition of the @ladiesofhive is here. You may kindly want to check it out here. All thanks to @joanstewart for bringing such amazing topics to write about.

A friend of mine died recently. She got into an accident and the more painful part is that she graduated this month. As people will say "as far as there's life there's hope". Only a dead man's hope is all lost.
Yeah , as humans sometimes we are in issues that seem like it's impossible and all hope is lost. In this kind of situation what you say and people around you when going through this matters a lot.

You have to speak positive things and see the possibility in that situation. It is also good to have people around you who will stand by you with words of encouragement. People who commit suicide must have told one or two persons but either they didn't listen and take the situation seriously or didn't say kind words. You should also be kind. You don't know what the next person close to you might be facing and your words have a great effect.

My first Hope is God. Many times when I am in a tight situation that seems there's no hope, I see him turn up for me. The word of God (bible) when reading brings hope to me. No matter my situation I am facing , someone in the past has experienced it and scaled through. That's my hope that this too will pass.
The word of God is my greatest hope because he keeps to his promises and never fails. I just have to keep believing and reading scriptures relating to my situation and this makes the burden less.

Another thing that gives me hope is what I say to myself. No matter the encouragement someone gives you if you don't encourage yourself everything said we feel like mere words. I try to feel my mind with positivity and Believe things will get better. If I am able to overcome it in the past, I believe the same situation will pass.

I also derive hope from my parents. Seeing them gives me hope. And they are good at encouraging me. They are my source of motivation.

Thank you for reading
