On the eve of this contest N* 127, I put my participation opting for the second alternative which suggests the following:

Do we maintain contact with other women?
Tengo la bendición de ser parte de un grupo de mujeres que pertenecen a una fundación que tenemos mi esposo y yo. Es una fundación cristiana y constantemente estamos llevando talleres eticos morales y de crecimiento personal y espiritual, ademas, como psicologa también tengo coctacto directo con muchas mujeres de mi bello pais que acuden en busca de ayuda profesional.
I am blessed to be part of a group of women who belong to a foundation that my husband and I have. It is a Christian foundation and we are constantly taking workshops on moral ethics and personal and spiritual growth, besides, as a psychologist I also have direct contact with many women in my beautiful country who come for professional help.
Does this group of women need help?
Quizas por la etiqueta que la sociedad le ha dado a las mujeres al considerarlas sexo débil, las predisponen a ser vectimas de algún tipo de maltrato o rechazo, que la mayoría de las veces surge en la niñez. Esto hace que necesiten ayuda de alguna manera, ya sea para tratar sus problemas psicológicos, o para lograr que entren en el mundo del emprendimiento.
Perhaps because of the label that society has given to women as the weaker sex, they are predisposed to be victims of some kind of mistreatment or rejection, which most of the time arises in childhood. This makes them need help in some way, either to treat their psychological problems, or to get them to enter the world of entrepreneurship.
He notado que de un 100% de personas que llegan a consulta, 80% son mujeres, eso significa que las mujeres son más propensas a ventilar lo que sienten, un gran porcentaje de mujeres callan sus sufrimientos, pero otras deciden buscar ayuda para salir de las diferentes situaciones que viven como, madres, hijas, abuela, esposas.
I have noticed that out of 100% of the people who come for consultation, 80% are women, that means that women are more likely to vent what they feel, a large percentage of women keep quiet about their suffering, but others decide to seek help to get out of the different situations they live as mothers, daughters, grandmothers, wives.
Do we share the burdens with these women?
Cuando eres mujer, es muy difícil no compartir la carga juntas, creo que las mujeres en su mayoría tenemos una empatía que nos caracteriza, debido a que nuestros problemas son similares.
When you are a woman, it is very difficult not to share the burden together, I think most women have an empathy that characterizes us, because our problems are similar.
Tratamos como fundación compartirnos las cargas unas a otras, de hecho, hay un equipo que está muy atento a situaciones particulares. En mi caso, demás de ser mi trabajo, dificilmente me desconecto de esta realidad tan común como el agua.
We try as a foundation to share each other's burdens, in fact, there is a team that is very attentive to particular situations. In my case, besides being my job, I hardly disconnect myself from this reality as common as water.
Aunque sonos profesionales de la psicologia y tenemos que mantener cierta distancia, se hace engorroso hacerlo, sobre todo cuando estás ante casos de injusticia social. Hago lo posible por darle las atenciones que ellas necesitan .
Although we are professionals in psychology and we have to maintain a certain distance, it becomes cumbersome to do so, especially when you are faced with cases of social injustice. I do my best to give them the attention they need.
How do we help these women?
Tenemos un equipo multidisciplinario en nuestra fundacion de diferentes profesionales y equipo de trabajo que constantemente están interactuando con ellas, ya sea para darles atencion personalizada, talleres de todo tipo de información, psicologica y técnica en las areas donde podemos percibir vulnerabilida.
We have a multidisciplinary team in our foundation of different professionals and work team that are constantly interacting with them, either to give them personalized attention, workshops of all kinds of information, psychological and technical in the areas where we can perceive vulnerability.
Este mes ha sido muy activo debido a que se realizaron, ponencia, talleres, encuentros y conversatorio relacionados con la mujer, por lo cual, ha sido un mes de muchas lágrimas, pero también Alegría y sonrisas, esto es una pasión que queremos que se contagie, por amor a las mujeres.
This month has been very active due to the fact that there have been lectures, workshops, meetings and discussions related to women, so it has been a month of many tears, but also joy and smiles, this is a passion that we want to spread, for love of women.
Estuve como conferencista en uno de los talleres denominado: características de una mujer virtuosa . Fue una experiencia muy hermosa ya que hubo participacion de muchas mujeres que con sus propias vidas contaron sus vivencias.
I was a lecturer in one of the workshops called: characteristics of a virtuous woman . It was a very beautiful experience since there was participation of many women who told their experiences with their own lives.
