A lot of people don't look at time as a donation, but it is SO much a donation. I know, as my husband and I have led worship in church as main worship leaders since 2007. For more than 6 of those years, it was every weekend along with practices on another night and at one point, 2 services at two different churches on the same day. (it was a church plant from our church and we did double duty). So yes, your time spent is very much a much valued donation.
