Nuevamente digo presente al Consurso de LOH #135, respondiendo una interesante pregunta a la cual de verdad me costó un poco decidirme en cuanto a qué respuesta dar, ya que no sabía si irme por un truco en cuanto a hacer algo tangible o simplemente a una actitud.

It can be any hack or change you made. It must be a thing YOU DID, YOURSELF! Tell me how it worked and what was needed. Did it cost you time, money, etc.? And how long did it last?
Primero debo decir que un truco pueden ser esas habilidades que se obtienen para llegar a un fin, por lo tanto el truco que me ha cambiado la vida este último tiempo es más una actitud que otra cosa.
First I must say that a gimmick can be those skills that are obtained to reach an end, therefore the gimmick that has changed my life this last time is more an attitude than anything else.
Algo que me ha funcionado desde hace un tiempo es el hecho de ver las cosas que nos pasan desde otra perspectiva, como si le estuviera sucediendo a otra persona o simplemente ver lo positivo de la situación para así no agobiarnos en el intento de solucionar o salir de allí. Ya que al ser una persona que sobrepiensa las cosas, más que buscar solución solía hundirme en lo que me estaba pasando (aún lo hago en ocasiones cuando todo me supera 🤦🏻♀️), por tal motivo decidí comenzar a ver todo de otra manera, desde otro punto de vista o simplemente a sacar los puntos positivos de ese momento.
Something that has worked for me for some time is the fact of seeing the things that happen to us from another perspective, as if it were happening to someone else or simply see the positive side of the situation so as not to overwhelm us in the attempt to solve or get out of there. Since being a person who overthinks things, rather than looking for a solution I used to sink into what was happening to me (I still do it sometimes when everything overcomes me 🤦🏻♀️), for this reason I decided to start seeing everything differently, from another point of view or simply to take the positive points of that moment.
Desde que comencé a hacer esto he podido buscar la solución a los problemas que se presentan más rápido y a saber esperar el momento en que todo pasa, ya que cuando pensamos en como solucionar alguna situación o vemos lo positivo que de alguna manera nos puede traer esto, todo comienza a pasar de manera más rápida y se hace más llevadero.
Since I started doing this I have been able to find the solution to the problems that arise faster and to know how to wait for the moment when everything happens, because when we think about how to solve a situation or see the positive that somehow can bring us this, everything begins to happen faster and becomes more bearable.
Para realizar esto lo primero que necesite fué mucho ánimo de mí para mí, una persona que sepas que no te va a mentir al decirte las cosas, en mi caso fué mi querida amiga @royvego55 y sobre todo mucha mentalidad positiva. No lo he logrado aún al 100% pero si voy por muy bien camino, toma tiempo pasar de encerrarte en algo que pasas a tratar de cambiar la manera de ver las cosas, todo dependerá de nosotros mismos y de las ganas que tengamos de cambiar.

Y son actitudes que si aprendemos a desarrollar en nosotros pueden servirnos toda la vida y ayudarnos en los momentos más grises que podamos tener. Yo, particularmente les recomiendo cambiar la manera de pensar y tener en mente siempre que Todo en la vida es temporal, nada dura para siempre y verán como todo va cambiando poco a poco.
And they are attitudes that if we learn to develop in us can serve us all our lives and help us in the grayest moments we may have. I particularly recommend you to change your way of thinking and always keep in mind that everything in life is temporary, nothing lasts forever and you will see how everything will change little by little.
