En respuesta a el tema de esta semana, de inmediato recordé aquel momento cuando por primera vez tuve mi mestruación 🤦🏼‍♀️.

Recuerdo cómo si fue ayer, (y ya han pasado al menos 20 años)
Cursaba 6° de educación primaria, y estaba en un curso de electricidad, todo lo que sentí fue como algo caliente corría entre mis piernas 😨 oooo.

I remember how it was yesterday, (and it's been at least 20 years) I was in 6th grade of primary education, and I was in an electricity course, all I felt was something hot running between my legs 😨 oooo.

Pensé por un momento que me había orinado, que vergüenza tan grande, 🤷🏼‍♀️
No quería ni levantarme de mi asiento, solo espere a que comenzará el recreo y le pedí a una amiga que llamara a una maestra, pues el curso lo dictaba un hombre y no me atreví a decirle nada 😐

I thought for a moment that I had peed, what a great shame, 🤷🏼‍♀️ I didn't even want to get up from my seat, I just waited for recess to start and I asked a friend to call a teacher, because the course was taught by a man and I didn't dare to say anything to her 😐

La maestra a su vez, llamo a mi mamá, quien llegó muy rápido a la escuela con ropa para cambiarme y toallas sanitarias.

The teacher, in turn, called my mother, who came very quickly to school with clothes to change and sanitary napkins.

Algunos de mis compañeros se dieron cuenta de la situación, pero no me dijeron nada, solo murmuraba entre ellos 🧏.

Hoy recuerdo la situación y solo puedo reírme por ello. Pero cuan apenada me sentí en ese momento 😖
