¡Saludos a esta maravillosa Comunidad! Es un placer para mí compartir con ustedes mis experiencias, anécdotas de los aromas y sabores de mi bebida favorita, los cuales me traen alegría y disfruto al máximo.
Greetings to this wonderful Community! It is a pleasure for me to share with you my experiences, anecdotes of the aromas and flavors of my favorite beverage, which bring me joy and I enjoy to the fullest.
Café, lo eres todo para mí: amor, arte y poesía // Coffee, you are everything to me: love, art and poetry.
Empiezo por aquí, porque sin duda el café se ha convertido en mi mejor compañía durante los últimos años. Mi relación con esta bebida se remonta desde mi niñez, era fijo tomar café en la mañana y en las tardes, la cita segura con mis abuelos.
I start here, because coffee has undoubtedly become my best company during the last few years. My relationship with this beverage goes back to my childhood, it was a regular morning coffee and in the afternoons, a safe date with my grandparents.

Como fan del café he dedicado este y otros versos, es inspiración y alivio a algunos desatinos. He tomado como afición conocer cafeterías y es un pequeño regalo que me doy a mí misma cuando puedo. Han sido gratas las experiencias sola y acompañada cuando he podido degustar un rico café.
As a fan of coffee I have dedicated this and other verses, it is inspiration and relief to some blunders. I have taken as a hobby to know coffee shops and it is a small gift that I give myself when I can. There have been pleasant experiences alone and with company when I have been able to taste a delicious coffee.
Aromas con olor a recuerdos // Aromas with the scent of memories
Es inevitable para bien o para mal que las fragancias se impregne en nuestra mente y lo relacionemos con personas, cosas, épocas de nuestra vida.
Una vez me fui tuve una reunión con un grupo de personas y una de ellas tenía el perfume que mi papá usaba, eso me hizo recordarlo, aún y cuando ya tenga más de 20 años de fallecido. Esto lo hago como referencia a que así pase el tiempo, hay aromas que se quedan en nuestra memoria.
Otro elemento de placer olfativo: Los libros. Como bibliotecaria he apreciado este olor después de trabajar con miles de libros durante una década; en particular cuando compro un ejemplar nuevo, confieso que me encanta esa sensación.
El petricor es un aroma de la naturaleza que disfruto, la mezcla de aromas que emana la tierra húmeda es una forma de conexión, de apreciar ese momento mágico, donde además, el sonido de la lluvia también hace gala en mi ambiente.
It is inevitable, for better or worse, that fragrances impregnate in our minds and we relate them to people, things, times of our lives.
Once I had a meeting with a group of people and one of them had the perfume that my dad used to wear, that made me remember him, even though he has been dead for more than 20 years. I do this as a reference to the fact that even though time goes by, there are scents that remain in our memory.
Another element of olfactory pleasure: books. As a librarian I have appreciated this smell after working with thousands of books for a decade; particularly when I buy a new copy, I confess that I love that feeling.
Petrichor is a scent of nature that I enjoy, the mixture of aromas emanating from the damp earth is a way to connect, to appreciate that magical moment, where the sound of rain also makes a splash in my environment.
