Hello friends on ladies of hive community. Happy new year to everyone and I wish everyone a beautiful year ahead.
This picture belongs to me.
It has been a while since I posted in this community. Somehow I was discouraged and I stopped posting here. Thanks to a friend who mentioned me in her post for this contest that made me even remember that I have a community that I have been posting in it before. Sincerely speaking, this week's contest topic is an encouragement for people like me Who stopped posting here because we felt that we are too engaged with so many activities and so I went away. When I saw the mention by @hivedeb talking about a friend that have refused to continue with the hive community because of one reason or the other.
For me I will love to talk about each of the topics as listed below:
π
1οΈβ£ Scenario 1: A reputation 52 friend says that she no longer wants to be active in Hive, claiming that she can't make the time, the coin is so low valued, and only a few people ever read her posts. What could you do to encourage and help her to keep trying? Writing tips? Time management? Other? πππ / ππ ~
β
2οΈβ£ Scenario 2: A reputation 58 girl is frustrated over her last post having been downvoted to half itβs payout by a Watchdog account accusing her of plagiarism. She becomes angry and vows to quit Hive. What could you do to help resolve the situation? Tell her to relax? Other? Thoughts?

First of all is a very big discouraging situation when one takes time to write a good post with no one to read and comment, if possible up-vote the post. But no matter how discouraging, one should not quite the community because of that.
I have these little advice to give to that person:
β
keep posting, one day you will be recognized.
Keep commenting on people's posts, soon they will also want to comment on your post.
Also take time to up-vote other good post in the community. It is said that do to others what you want them to do to you. It is a law and it has been there. When you start up-voting other post, one day it will be your turn.

Try to make new friends. Those friends that you make will be the ones to check on your post tomorrow and make comments.
On the second question, I will love to use what happened to me months when I joined the hive Blockchain. It wasn't easy for me to understand all the does and don't of the hive community. Probably because I was not used to blogging, I was like a novice at first. I just made a post and thought that I can just take a little from someone's post and add to mine without having any problem. When I was told that I have committed plagiarism, I never believed it. All I said was that I never copied everything, it was just a little that I took and I saw no offense in that. It was like I was dreaming when I was asked to serve punishment. At first I decided to quit the community. I thought to myself that I have been surviving without the hive community and I will still survive without it. But my friends said no. Just continue and one day it will be a thing of the past. I obliged to carry on with the punishment. Today it has become a history. I also have these to tell anyone who is already a victim:
- Don't be ashamed because of the mistake that you committed. Most people learn from their mistakes.
β
- Be patient and don't give up. A patient dog eats the fatest bone.
β
Thanks to everyone in this community of ladies of hive community.
This post is made in response to the ladies of hive community contest for week #117.
