In this article, I would like to talk a little bit about the çağ kebab feast that our bosses gave us on Friday.
We worked until noon on Friday, that day we started our work early in the morning as usual. After the plan of the works to be done until noon was drawn up, I started to do them, the stoves started to be set up for the çağ kebab feast in the garden of our workplace, and the fragrant smells started to come from outside. On the one hand, the stoves were being set up and the fires were being lit, the cağ kebab had to be finished until Friday prayer, there was a feverish work, finally all the preparations were completed until Friday prayer.
After finishing the work that needed to be done with friends, we went to prayer, and when we came to the workplace after prayer, the tables were being set up, drinks were being put on the tables, and the cağ kebabs were being prepared for service. After the other friends sat at the tables, I wanted to see how the master did it because I was curious about how the cağ kebab was made, and at the same time I took a few photos for my article, the cağ kebab looked super on the stove.
The plates prepared for service were taken to the tables respectively, I sat at my table to taste the cağ kebab, I waited for it to come to me, and when the cağ kebab came, I wrapped it in lavash and started to eat it, and I prefer turnip juice as a drink. Bu yazımda cuma günü bizim patronların verdiği çağ kebabı ziyafetinden biraz bahsetmek istiyorum.
Cuma günü öğleye kadar çalıştık o gün her zamanki gibi sabah erkenden işimize başladık.Öglene kadar yapılması gereken işlerin planı çıkartıldıktan sonra onları yapmaya koyuldum isyerimizin bahçesinde çağ kebabı ziyafeti için ocaklar kurulmaya başlandı dışarıdan mis gibi kokular gelmeye başladı.Bir yandan ocaklar kuruluyor ateşler yakılıyordu cağ kebabı cuma namazına kadar bitirilmesi gerekiyordu hummalı bir çalışma vardı, nihayet cuma namazına kadar bütün hazırlıklar tamamlandı.
Bizde arkadaşlarla yapılması gereken işleri bitirdikten sonra namaza gittik namaz çıkışında iş yerine geldik geldiğimizde masalar kuruluyor içecekler masalara konuyor cağ kebapları servis yapmaya hazırlanıyordu. Diğer arkadaşlar masalara oturduktan sonra ben de cağ kebabının nasıl yapıldığını merak ettiğimden dolayı ustanın nasıl yaptığını görmek istedim aynı zamanda yazım için birkaç fotoğraf çektim cağ kebabı ocağın üzerinde süper görünüyordu.
Servise hazırlanan tabaklar sırasıyla masalara götürülüyordu ben de cağ kebabını tatmak için masama oturdum bana gelmesini bekledim cağ kebabı geldiğinde lavaşa sarıp yemeğe başladım içecek olarak da şalgam suyunu tercih ediyorum. Cağ kebabı gerçekten güzel olmuştu yapanlardan vesile olanlardan Allah razı olsun teşekkür ediyorum.
