Hello friends. Today I am really happy and excited because I visited Eskişehir, the city I see as my second hometown, where I studied at the university. Today I would like to show you a few historical places I visited in Eskişehir.

, üniversitesiyi okuduğum şehri Eskişehir'i ziyaret ettim. Bugün sizlere Eskişehir'de gezdiğim tarihi birkaç yeri göstermek istiyorum.
I realized once again that I did not fully appreciate its value during the university period. Because Eskişehir is a really special, beautiful city. During this visit with my wife, we tried to visit some historical and natural beauties that I had not seen while I was studying in Eskişehir. This time, I don't know, maybe it was because I had a lot of responsibility when I was a student, maybe because my knowledge was low at that time, but this trip was much different. I traveled feeling more equipped. I would like to show you the ETO Museum Eskişehir Trade and Industry Museum. This place tells the history of Eskişehir, its place and importance in history to its visitors.
Üniversitesi dönemi boyunca değerini tam olarak bilemediğimi bir kez daha anladım. Çünkü Eskişehir gerçekten çok özel, güzel bir şehir. Eskişehir de okuduğum dönemde gidip görmediğim bazı tarihi ve doğal güzellikleri eşimle bu ziyaretimizde gezmeye çalıştık. Bu sefer ki gezimiz belki öğrenciyken ki sorumluluğumun fazla olmasındandır, belki de o zamanlar bilgi birikimimin az olmasındandır bilemiyorum ancak bu gezi çok daha başkaydı. Kendimi daha donanımlı hissederek gezdim. Sizlere ETO Müze Eskişehir Ticaret ve Sanayi Müzesini gezdirmek istiyorum. Burası Eskişehir'in tarihini, tarihteki yeri ve önemini ziyaretçilerine anlatmakta.
Eskişehir has served humanity as a settlement since ancient times. It has hosted different civilizations before and after Christ, but the most known and first established civilization in these lands was the Phrygian civilization. Midas, the most famous king of the Phrygians, ruled over these lands. There is no one who has not heard of King Midas, especially we have heard the story about his ears somewhere with different versions. During the Phrygian civilization, he made great progress in the field of agriculture. Phrygians are the inventors of some agricultural tools, some simple machines and pulleys.
Eskişehir çok eski dönemlerden beri yerleşim yeri olarak insanlığa hizmet etmiş. Milattan önce ve sonra farklı medeniyetlere ev sahipliği yapmış ancak bu topraklarda en bilinen ve ilk kurulan medeniyet Frigya uygarlığı olmuştur. Friglerin en ünlü kralı Midas ise bu topraklarda hakimiyet kurmuş. Kral Midası duymayanınız yoktur, özellikle kulaklarıyla ilgili hikayeyi değişik versiyonlarıyla bir yerlerden işitmişizdir. Frig uygarlığı döneminde tarım alanında çok büyük gelişmelere imza atmış. Bazı tarım aletlerinin, bazı basit makinelerin ve makaraların mucidi friglerdir.
Entry to the ETO Museum was free. I think it was a very good service that it was free, because applications that encourage our young people to learn their history should be supported. Me and my wife love to visit museums and various structures that shed light on history and the past. What do you guys think about it 🌼
