In my previous post, I briefly talked about the Iskenderpasa mosque in the Kanlica district of Beykoz district. Now, I would like to share my observations and feelings with a few photos from the streets of Kanlıca. The streets of Kanlıca have an atmosphere that reflects the old Anatolian streets. While passing through those streets, you look at the wooden houses and dream of living here, and you can even make plans for what it would be like if we lived here. Of course, people who look at a place from the outside dream of how nice it is to live there, and that one can come and stay after his condition is good. You know, in our society, people sometimes share a nice modest house with a stove and praise how nice it is to live in this house, the village life or the beauty of isolated life. But if you provide that kind of opportunity to that person and you say go live where you dream of, this time that person will hesitate and probably not accept it. Because many things are beautiful in our dreams. While a person dreams, he experiences his beauty and experiences all his feelings.

Daha önce ki paylaşımımda sizlere Beykoz ilçesinin Kanlıca semtinde bulunan İskenderpaşa camisinden bahsetmiştim kısaca. Şimdi ise Kanlıca sokakalarından birkaç fotoğraf ile gözlemlerimi ve hislerimi paylaşmak istiyorum. Kanlıca sokaklarının tıpkı eski Anadolu sokaklarını yansıtan bir havası var. O sokaklardan geçerken ahşap evlere bakarak buralarda yaşamanın hayallerini kuruyor, acaba burada yaşasaydıuk nasıl olurdu diye planlar bile yapabiliyor insan. Tabi ki bir yere giderken oraya dışarıdan bakan insanlar, genel olarak orada yaşamanın ne kadar güzel olduğunu, insanın durumunun iyi olduktan sonra gelip kalabileceğinin hayallerini kurar. Hani bizim toplumumuzda insanlar bazen sobalı ve güzel mütevazi bir evin paylaşımını yapar ve bu evde yaşamanın ne kadar güzel olduğunu, köy yaşamını veya izole hayatın güzelliğini över. Fakat bu tarz bir imkanı o kişiye sağlarsanız ve haydi git hayal ettiğin yerde yaşa derseniz, bu sefer o kişi tereddüt edecek ve muhtemelen kabul etmeyecektir. Çünkü birçok şey hayallerimizde güzeldir. İnsan hayal ederken güzelliğini yaşar ve tüm hissiyatını yaşar.
Yes, things that happen in dreams are beautiful. In reality, there are disappointments. More precisely, when it is realized that it is not as easy as it seems, the dreams that are carefully constructed are replaced by dislike, ignorance and avoidance. You know, the most beautiful periods of love are the periods of longing, when the dream of something is beautiful, but when the possibilities of that dream are realized, there is a desire to go back to the past when the negativities are noticed this time. It may sound strange, but let me present an interesting example: While I was watching the Yunus Emre series on a TV channel with my cousins, one of my cousins said I wish I had lived in that period. And I said to him; If you go to that period, you will not find toilet paper, there is no shower every day, you will travel all the time, I said many things. My cousin also gave up on this request and; He said he gave up because of a toilet paper. Of course, it was a topic we joked about, but I wondered how my cousin would respond when he noticed the negative or background realities there.
Yes; While I was wandering the streets of Kanlıca, I realized that everything feels beautiful when I dream. We don't know his true side. We know that every way of life has a challenge, but we always hate it when we encounter it. We let the simple things intimidate us.
Evet, hayallerde yaşanılan şeyler güzeldir. Gerçeğinde ise hayal kırıklıkları vardır. Daha doğrusu sanıldığı kadar kolay olmadığı fark edilince, özenle kurulan hayallerin yerini bu sefer beğenmemezlik, bilgisizlik ve kaçınma yer alır. Hani aşkın en güzel dönemleri hasret yaşandığı dönemlerdir ya, işte bir şeyin hayalinin kurulduğu zaman güzelken, o hayalin imkanları gerçekleştiğinde bu seferde olumsuzluklar fark edilince tekrar eskiye dönme isteği olur. Tuhaf gelebilir ancak ilginç bir örnek sunayım: Bir tv kanalında Yunus Emre dizisini kuzenlerimle izlerken, kuzenlerimden biri keşke o dönemde yaşasaydım dedi. Ben de ona dedim ki; o döneme gidersen tuvalet kağıdı bulamayacaksın, her gün duş almak da yok, sürekli yolculuk edeceksin, gibi birçok şey söyledim. Kuzenim de vazgeçti bu talebinden ve; bir tuvalet kağıdı yüzünden vazgeçtim dedi. Tabi üzerinde espri yaptığımız bir konuydu fakat orada kuzenimin olumsuz veya arka plandaki gerçeklikleri de fark edince ne yanıt vereceğini merak etmiştim.
Evet; Kanlıca sokaklarını gezerken fark ettim ki hayal edince her şey güzel geliyor insana. Gerçek yanını ise tam olarak bilmiyoruz. Her yaşam biçiminin bir zorluğu olduğunu biliyoruz fakat karşılaşınca hep nefret ediyoruz. Basit şeylerin bizi yıldırmasına izin veriyoruz.
