Cancerous Flames
Interesting title, I know. The facts are, this is a monumental event considering all that has happened involving some of the people attending and coordinating The Block Party II this year. We have two artists, that have beaten cancer, and a victim of an overwhelming housefire that resulted in losing his home, several beloved pets and countless items that fall into the 'priceless' category. Let's start with our lovely lady warriors.
@elainefaye aka (EE Beyond)
This lady has been kicked while she was down and still has gotten back up. A warrior by every means of the word and we are 'beyond' excited to have her come perform for us in Nashville. With her recent Netflix spotlight adding to her already impressive repertoire of shows from NCIS to even some Disney bits, she is well on her way to being a star. We can't wait to meet her.

'Elli' has actually kicked cancer's ass not once - but twice! Talk about rolling with the punches. Better yet, she just keeps punching back. She has been in the music industry for years and has quite the loyal following. Her music inspires and delights us and we are 'divinely' exhilarated to have her back in her hometown to perform for us and enjoy our company.

There is no easy way to say, "My house burned down." But it did. I have gotten several inquiries as to whether or not there would even be a Block Party after such a disaster had befallen us. You will see a post about that later from my @enginewitty profile. Despite the scorched horror however, all I could think was:

And so it shall. The venue was locked down this morning (shared with the artists/performers) and I will be looking to hire whatever else is necessary to make it fabulous. From what I have gathered, I will be looking for a catering crew and a bartender to bring in. I hope you all are getting ready!
It's only two months left until September. We are looking to you for picking some fun things to be added to the list for people that are attending. We will also be introducing the concert itself, to the general public and organizing ticket sales and marketing. Have a great time here and check out the animals, I would bet your kids would really enjoy this! It is more than just the animals it has a 4D theater, a zip line, and A jungle gym for the kids to play on while the tired parents rest a few minutes. I mean how good is that? Relax and also take a train ride around the zoo.

This is more than a waterpark, zip lines and rope course, RV sites with full hook-ups so you can come here to stay if you a bringing your RV, they have some places on the lakefront to stay in also. Lakeside and hillside cabins, jet-ski and pontoon boat rentals, and there is so much more to see and do!

If you are a fan of country music this is a must see and do.
They even have guided backstage tours! What is more exciting than seeing your favorite singers perform on the stage without all the pushing a shoving from being at a concert. To me it would be the most relaxing thing to do.
The Tennessee Whiskey Tour

This is an adult only tour! You load up on a bus and they drive you to the distillery. They have several tours for the distillery. Check it out and pick the one you like best and then do another just to be fair.

A Hop On and Hop Off Trolly tour, The Advebtures Science center, Cumberland Park, and Radnor Lake State Park if you just want to relax in nature and breathe in some fresh air for the day. This is a long post now but if we listed ever fun thing to do in this post it would really be long. So go and check these and and just Google some more fun stuff to do in Nashville while you are there for the Block Party. Many of these places have cabins for rent or RV parks you can stay at. Why stay at a boring hotel when you could stay somewhere and have some big fun. Check out Nashville and start making a list of what you want to do during the day. For about the past 3 months now, the main goal of arranging things for The Block Party II in Nashville, TN from September 9th-11th, has been to gather enough artists to have a woopass concert. Then we pursued some sponsorhsips to help move this along. Several have already come aboard and multiple others will do what they can as time and resources permit. Aside from locking down a venue over the next week, I have been hitting the grindstone and seeing about other people, organizations and initiatives that want to be in on The Block Party II. All that choose to sponsor in some form or fashion, will be represented on the tickets, posters, (select) merch and other various promotional materials.
Yes, tickets! Go get yours now! Do keep in mind, these tickets are not for The Block Party itself, as we will be lining up some things on various days that won't cost you anything but your time and presence. These tickets are for the concert on September 10th, to help reimburse The Alliance for setting things up and paying the fabulous artists that are coming to perform for us. The final design will be revealed after we have sponsors situated.
There are 4 different kinds of tickets. The first three, will be word of mouth sales until June and will increase in price after June 30th. All funds can/will be sent to @theblockpartyii to distribute among the musicians and The Alliance. If you are purchasing a ticket for someone else, please put that name/account in the memo. Those are:
- BRONZE
These now cost 15 HBD (or the equivalent in whatever currency one pays in) and will allow a person to come socialize with everyone present and enjoy the music on September 10th. The NFTs will also be able to be redeemable for a download/NFT of our choosing.
Current holders:
- NONE 😔
- SILVER
These tickets are now 75 HBD (or the equivalent in whatever currency one pays in) and will allow a person enjoy a meal (dinner), take advantage of the bar, and go home with a few momentos provided by us. The NFTs will also be able to be redeemable for a download/NFT of our choosing. There will only be a limited number of these sold (100 - only 97 remaining) as to try hard and not overextend our resources.
Current holders:
- GOLD
These tickets are now 150 HBD (or the equivalent in whatever currency one pays in) and will be considered the VIP passes for the event. They will allow a person enjoy a meal (dinner), take advantage of the bar, go home with a nice swag bag provided by us and be invited to the after party following the concert where you can hang out with all the artists. The NFTs will also be able to be redeemable for a handful of downloads/NFTs of our choosing. There will only be a limited number of these sold as well (50 - only 45 remaining) so may want to act fast if you plan on taking control of the twilight with Witty.
Current holders:
We feel this gives people time to save up for it before June and after June, there will be a 50% increase in the ticket cost. This is because general public tickets will go on sale (the same as a BRONZE ticket - but without the desired NFT redemption) for $15.00 USD. These will be sold promotionally from a few radio stations and a handful (based on the venue's total capacity) will be held for 'at the door' sales and latecomers.
NOTE - For those not paying in HBD, contact @enginewitty so an exchange can be made and he will send the equivalent HBD to @theblockpartii for the artists and The Alliance.

That's a beautiful mix of performers that are coming and giving us the best show that Hive has ever seen. For several of them, it will be their first time in Nashville and for Darren, his first time ever in the United States! You have got to come out and see these fabulous people do their thing. Tickets for the event are currently being designed and will be going on sale this week! So, pass this thing around! Reblog it, tweet it out, drop a note on IG, do whatever you think will help!
