Ways to get out from ruts! ! !

Sometimes it makes me wonder, why I feel down for days without any reason. Or sometimes it starts to feel everything is meaningless. I know it doesn't happen to me only. But this is a really bad feeling whether or not every other one is feeling the same. And the bad thing is, it's really contagious. I mean if anyone opens up about their ruts, it makes a negative impact on others' physiology and they also start to feel the same.

So, what to do?

There's nothing more helpful than finding the cause. Your conscious mind may not know what is the reason behind your own feeling. But if you put a little more intention then you can easily find it. Sometimes we fear to face it also. But if we choose to hide or skip finding the root cause then we will never get out of it. Maybe there will be some temporary happy feelings, but we will end up facing the same ruts.

However, we have to take other actions to get out of the ruts. One thing can be really helpful in this and that is changing in our routine. Like changing our waking up or lunch hour. Try to make it more routine if you are not. Bring a positive change in through other things in life.

Also, self-care can be a helpful way and it always works. Sometimes we need to give ourselves some time to heal, to feel better. Sidebyside we should think about how we can add value to life; on others and our lives both. Repurposing our life, connecting with people, doing something meaningful and interesting can change the way you see your life.

Remember, getting out of ruts is not an overnight task. We need to keep patience to make our life better again!
