If you hate yourself...

You may find yourself struggling to establish self-love. But believe me, you are not alone. Because this feeling about ourselves is very common. We all are divided. We have a real self and an anti-self. And finding self-acceptance, self-respect, and strong self-esteem are way more difficult to grow.

But the thing is when you start to hate your own self, it's like self-killing. And that's why it's more necessary to understand if you hate yourself, why you are hating yourself, how to get rid of it, and how to increase self-love.

The first thing we need to do is to sit with us to find why we hate ourselves. Don't blame yourself, don't feel guilty. Just sit there and try to find it objectively; even it's a fear of unknown anxiety, which you don't want to come up. Try to figure this out. Even if you have made some terrible mistakes, you are the one who ruined your past life. Try to figure out it.

It's a painful feeling I know but once you figure out why, specifically what reason makes you hate yourself, it will be not easier for you to find out the Cure.

Now the question is, how can we stop hating ourselves?

You have to try antidot in this process and that is your self-love. You have to practice self-love in every step of your life; from early morning to when you go to sleep. Do take self-care, boost your self-esteem, respect yourself, believe in yourself, and love yourself.

You know, there is a basic difference between self-criticism and self-hate. You have to apart self-criticism from the self-hatred and you have to fight for your own beliefs, values, and ideas. You have to establish them and make them powerful. This is something that will never go overnight. You have to put intentional effort every single day, every single time in every step of your life and gradually your self-love would be more.

Once your self-love becomes stronger than self-hatred, you will be the winner!
