WHAT IS THAT THING I AM MOST GRATEFUL FOR IN LIFE?

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog at this hour. Take a moment to reflect on the last time that you were indisposed. The moment you had fever and the whole of your body system was disorganized from body aches to swollen faces to banging headaches to sore throats to total fatigue to lack of appetite of even your favorite meal. Well, sit back, relax and enjoy all that I have packaged for your reading pleasure.

During those moments when our body system is not working the way it works when we are hale and hearty we tend to reflect on what it means to be healthy. We'd flash back to the previous day before the illness started - how you were laughing and having a conversation with colleagues at work, eating with so much ease, sleeping like a baby, playing video games and watching movies.

(SIGHS) Truly, Health is Wealth.

Oftentimes, we do not care about our health. We take it for granted until we feel sick. Then, we start to appreciate the moments when we can go to the gym for workout, go to work, run around in the parks and so on. We tend to pay attention to our health when our normal routine is being affected or disrupted.

I'm very grateful for good health. It is the reason why I do what I do. Imagine if I have a cold or flu at the moment, I wouldn't even be able to think of what to write not to talk of being able to hit the buttons on my keyboard. This is the importance of health, good health to us.

When I say I'm grateful for a good health, it transcends beyond being alive alone. It has to do with valuing and cherishing our health for giving us the ability to be able to see, walk, talk, smell, hear, taste. The ability to see someone and recognize them with ease. The privilege of not giving our family and friends troubles of taking us to the hospital and paying a lot of money on treatments. There are so much to be grateful for in respect to health.

We should always make it a point of duty to always be grateful for our health. Pay keen and close attention to your health on a daily basis. Just like a car, if you don't do a regular check up and maintainance on your car, it will break down in the middle of the road.

Appreciate your health for all it has offered and is offering you. For all the experience and opportunities it has brought you in the past years.
