Appreciating self-love

I want us to have a conversation concerning self-love , i believe that self-love is the kind of love that we need to always practice everyday or our lives , if we do not have self-love ,we will definitely not be able to give the love to other inviduals too..

There is this focus on how we want to love others or how we should love others but we ignore the most important thing which is that we need to also love ourselves so much because when we are filled with so much love, it will make it easier for us to spread the love to other people too..

We cannot practice true self-love if we surround ourselves with those that do not give us the right energy , practicing self-love will not work if we are surrounded by the kind of people who have toxic personalities that does not encourage love..

Staying away from such toxic individuals is very important if tou care about yourself and your life..

You should be Learning to say NO to such toxic people whenever they demand for something which you cannot give them when you know that it will only hurt you and not help you..

We need to be assessing ourselves frequently if we care about self-love , the self-assessment is very vital because it will make you to have the clear understanding of what you truly aim to get from life, it makes you to find peace and it also makes you to be able to discover yourself more which includes discovering your inner strengths.

When you discover your inner strengths, it will make you to appreciate yourself love and the more you appreciate yourself the more the self-love will grow too..

If you learn to create value and give it out to all the things that surround you, it will make you to be more thankful about yourself and life as a whole.., being thankful is another way to appreciate yourself and create an awesome self-love practice..

Learn to consistently applaud your strengths and achievements no matter how big or how little they are, applauding your strengths do not mean you are arrogant but it means that you are really trying to reassure yourself and you are giving yourself the self-love which you deserve..

Understanding that life is not always giving us what we want all the time is a mentality that will help us to be mentally prepared for any kind of challenges that might come up in life.

The reason why some certain people do lack self-love is because they spend their whole life trying ro compare themselves to others..

Every individual have their own essence in life and they have their own unique abilities , that do not mean that you do not have your own unique abilities too , that does not mean you are not good enough or that they are always better than you..focus on yourself and appreciate your own life because your life is not as worst as you think it is..
