My regards to the entire #ecoTrain community, this week I want to thank you for such an interesting question: What are your favorite ways to show and receive gratitude? For me to speak of gratitude is to speak of values, that by doing things with love for someone does not mean that at any time we should receive some kind of payment. Long ago I learned that the first thing I should be grateful for is with GOD because thanks to Him I can be on this earth; I am the mother of two teenagers to whom we have taught that gratitude is a value that allows them to achieve freedom and happiness, my husband and I are grateful to them because despite our shortcomings at one time they put aside their own needs to give them to our parents (their grandparents). This being a way of giving and receiving it, and who better than our own children to live the experience.
Mis saludos a toda la comunidad #ecoTrain, en esta semana quiero darle las gracias por tan interesante pregunta: ¿Cuáles son sus formas favoritas de mostrar y recibir gratitud? Para mi hablar de gratitud es hablar de valores, que al hacer con amor las cosas por alguien no quiere decir que en cualquier momento debemos recibir algún tipo de pago. Desde hace mucho tiempo aprendí que con el primero que debo estar agradecida es con DIOS porque gracias a Él puedo estar sobre esta tierra; soy madre de dos adolescentes a los que hemos enseñado que la gratitud es un valor que les permite alcanzar la libertad y la felicidad, mi esposo y yo estamos agradecidos con ellos porque a pesar de nuestras carencias en un tiempo ellos dejaron a un lado sus propias necesidades para cederlas a nuestros padres (sus abuelos). Siendo esta una manera de darla y recibirla, y quien mejor que nuestros propios hijos para vivir la experiencia.
I'm going to tell you a bit about our experience as a family; It turns out that my father-in-law and my mother died 6 years ago the same year, and for a few years before their departure, we as a family had to redirect our finances to be able to help our parents during their illnesses; It was sometimes very hard for us to tell our children (9-10) that we could not meet their needs 100% because grandparents need our help, it was then that we lived the value of gratitude as a family, our children told us It doesn't matter mommy and daddy, our grandparents first, the important thing is that they are well, at that time we were filled with love and thanked God for the values instilled in our children. What better way to show gratitude and receive it at the same time; When we love and show admiration, respect and affection we are being grateful and I know that God knowing our true intentions He does not give everything back to make us happy and be more humble.
Les voy a contar un poco sobre nuestra experiencia como familia; resulta que mi suegro y mi mamá hace 6 años fallecieron el mismo año, y durante unos años antes de sus partidas, nosotros como familia tuvimos que re direccionar nuestras finanzas para poder ayudar a nuestros padres durante sus enfermedades; era para nosotros a veces muy duro decirle a nuestros hijos de (9-10) que no podíamos suplir sus necesidades al 100% porque los abuelos necesitan de nuestra ayuda, fue entonces cuando vivimos el valor de la gratitud como familia, nuestros hijos nos decían no importa mami y papi, nuestros abuelos primero, lo importante es que ellos estén bien, en ese tiempo nos llenábamos de amor y agradecíamos a Dios por los valores inculcados a nuestros hijos. Que mejor manera de demostrar gratitud y recibirla al mismo tiempo; cuando amamos y demostramos admiración, respeto y afecto estamos siendo agradecidos y se que Dios al conocer las verdaderas intenciones nuestras Él no da todo de vuelta para hacernos felices y ser mas humildes.
Being grateful to our parents, siblings, friends, neighbors, children has no cost, since gratitude must always be present in our lives, because it strengthens our soul. That they recognize me sometimes in a bit trivial, and personally that is not relevant for me because when I give and I give from the heart, I do it without waiting for recognition; in the case of my children I always receive a smile, a thank you mom, you are unique, this is delicious; because mom doesn't end up being the super hero hahahahaha. I am grateful to the life that a beautiful family gave me, just as it has given you and for which you are also grateful. Let us show how grateful we live in abundance and scarcity, at all times let us be grateful, because the reward always comes from God.
Ser agradecidos con nuestros padres, hermanos, amigos, vecinos, hijos no tiene ningún costo, pues la gratitud debe estar presente en nuestra vida siempre, porque nos fortalece el alma. Que me reconozcan a veces en un poco trivial, y personalmente eso no es relevante para mi porque cuando doy y entrego de corazón, lo hago sin esperar un reconocimiento; en el caso de mis hijos siempre recibo una sonrisa, un gracias mami, un eres única, esto está delicioso; porque que mamá no termina siendo la súper héroe jajajajajaja. Yo agradezco a la vida que me dio una hermosa familia, así como te la ha dado a ti y por la que también estas agradecido. Demostremos cuan agradecidos vivimos en la abundancia y en la escasez, en todo momentos seamos agradecidos, porque la recompensa siempre viene de Dios.
