ecoTrain Question Of The Week #10 : How do you deal with monsters? How tolerant are you? by @Slwzl

How do we deal with monsters?

A dear friend invited me to participate in this interesting topic that the ecoTrain Community presents to us, I found it fascinating because sometimes we are afraid to face the good and evil in ourselves, that ambivalent war that forms our monsters.

Sometimes we are like the fire that takes root without control, especially if someone tells us something different from what we think or simply does not love us, I think it is the right moment where our internal monsters take over who we are, the reptilian part of our brain is the one that takes control, many times everything ends up in a mistake; even if it sounds more of the same, the only thing we can do is breathe.

We breathe every day... Breathe?

Yes, breathing is the balance of our being, it is the perfect connection with our Cosmos, that is where the balance of good and evil can perhaps be held in our favor, then it is time to think and evaluate ourselves. The truth is that every situation, every day in our life is just what it should be, there is no other attempt for the same moment.

We are not perfect, but personally I like the idea of imperfection that forgives, maybe my monsters are in brief moments my defenders before many injustices and evils, maybe my angels are by my side to make balance before them, then they are good because somehow they also bring me personal good.

To be able to do good in others we must first have compassion for ourselves, accept angels or monsters because only God is perfect, we will be full if at some point we can be love for others.
