For this week QOTW season by @ecotrain titled "Is Life Fair or Unfair?"
When Life is working for us and giving us joy everywhere, we say life is fair but when it is working against us and we tend to keep entering into a problem or the other, we say life is unfair. We have forgotten that life has its own ups and downs and it is not everytime things will go rosy for us. If we do not encounter challenges, how do we gain the strength to overcome them? Life will always be fair and unfair.
I remembered when my Mom died, seeing other mothers surrounded by their children, I feel "Life was unfair to me" because I didn't have a mother figure in my life again. Then after years, I started becoming someone better than the past, I then laughed and say "Life is Fair".
Life will always be fair and unfair depending on how you view it to be. You will see a rich family and then see another family who are so poor, you would want to say life is unfair to the latter one. Isn't it? We human beings are the architect to anything we are experiencing. If you want life to be fair with you, then you need to walk in the right path and if you want the other one, you know how it is done. Isn't it?
As a student, I used to see it as life not been fair to those students who wakes up at night to study and get prepared for the examination but when result is out, someone who never studied but went in to corner the lecturers get more than one who gave his efforts for the examination.
In conclusion, I will say life is both fair and unfair. Nothing comes freely and you must work hard to make it yours. Life requires us to be patient for the good moment to come and when obstacles attack us, the best is to confront it confidently and don't forget to call unto God who is able to bring you out of any problems you are passing through.
